27 private acre estate surrounded by DuPont State Forest. Boundary trail is literally steps from the front of the house. RIDGE LINE TRAIL IS A 5 MINUTE BIKE RIDE. Hike or bike right into the forest to see the best of North Carolina's waterfalls. Sit in the hot tub or around the fire and enjoy the privacy and the views. Property offers a luxury home featuring 3 bedrooms and two baths. In addition, you will find a guest suite with another bedroom, private bath and living room. There is a 3-season game room (no heating or AC) for the kids to enjoy featuring a ping pong table, foosball table, television and Xbox.

When you are ready to go out, this property is 20 minutes to downtown Brevard or Hendersonville.

Absolutely amazing property with all the amenities and proximity to the DSF trail network. Communication with the owner was flawless and our trip exceeded all expectations. This was out fourth trip staying with Katie's properties. We are already planning our return.

The location and quality of this property is unique. Complete privacy and an incredible view coupled with a immaculately maintained vacation home. The owners have thought of everything. There is private access to the DuPont trail system which deposits you right at the top of Ridgeline. 100% first class.

Stop scrolling and book this mountain house now

We had an exceptional experience at this property! It’s literally at the top of a mountain, and is minutes away from some of the best hikes and waterfalls / swimming homes around. We loved it! The homeowner was extremely responsive before and during our stay with any questions. There was so much space for all of us to enjoy each other. Views were out of this world. We’ll be back for sure!

This property was beyond spectacular. From the private secluded lot to the amazing home. There was absolutely nothing missing. Nothing short of absolutely amazing. The views, quality of the homes design & finishes, the physical lay out, the remote mountaintop location, proximity to DSF trail network, the views (yes I said it twice as it merits 2 mentions). Ultimate Mountaintop Private Retreat

This is my second time staying at this property! The house is immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and the owner has stocked it with everything you will need during your stay. I had a large group staying this time. Between the fire pit, hot tub, game room and vast decks everyone found plenty of space to be comfortable and mingle. The view and location are excellent. You could view Looking Glass from the fire pit. The privacy is wonderful but the direct access to the DuPont Forest trail system is bar none the best I have ever seen. My husband likes to mountain bike and while property abuts the trail system, Ridgeline is only very short ride from the house!!!! The owner is also easy to work with and answered my questions about the local area. I will be back again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to any group.

Perfect Mountain Property

This property is stunning with everything a family could ask for to make for a great mountain trip. Our family, with adults and kids ranging from ages 6-16, had a wonderful time in late October 2023. Both the guest and the main house are clean with modern finishes, updated furniture, comfortable beds, and a kitchen that has everything you need if you are cooking during your stay. Our favorite part was the acreage of the property, with multiple fields to roam, a fire pit with a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and immediate access to biking and hiking trails for Dupont State Forest. Our group took several hiking/mountain biking trips and were able to access the trails directly from the property. The hot tub was great and the hosts providedplenty of firewood. There is a game room with a ping pong table, TV, fusbol, and video games that our kids enjoyed. There are also plenty of board games, as well as a map of the local trails and handbook provided the hosts with helpful information about restaurants, entertainment, groceries, etc. There is plenty of closet space and the bathrooms were all very nice. We would definitely stay at the property again. The host is responsive and helpful. The property is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Brevard and Hendersonville. We have stayed at houses and cabins all throughout the mountains of western North Carolina over the last 20 years and this is by far the nicest.

Family trip

I would recommend this property. Close to Brevard and other towns, but house was secluded which we enjoyed. House was clean and owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We had plenty of room for the ten of us. We enjoyed the trail connecting to the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Dupont Perfection

What a beautiful property! The house is marvelous and well stocked. The guest house was perfect for my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. Being able to ride or hike directly from the house was amazing. We have stayed at a lot of properties in the Brevard area and this is by far my favorite. If you are a mountain biker you cannot ask for a better house.

This property is surrounded on 3 sides by DuPont State Forest. You can walk from the front door and be on the trail system in perhaps 50 yards. The location is truly special. You if you prefer you are 1.2 miles from the Guion parking lot, 15 minutes to either Hendersonville or Brevard.
