Condominio de lujo tercera planta situado en una comunidad cerrada con todas las comodidades como golf, tenis, casa club, 7 piscinas de la comunidad, incluyendo una piscina de estilo resort, jacuzzi, y el bar Tiki en la casa club.

El condominio está equipada con tres televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, reproductor de Blue Ray, soporte para iPod, cable e Internet Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una vista del campo de golf y un lago, una cómoda cama de matrimonio, y un cuarto de baño privado con dos grandes vestidores. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con 1 cama de matrimonio seleccionado para una mayor comodidad.

La unidad cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, incluyendo lavadora y secadora, protegidos por malla con una hermosa vista del campo de golf y un lago. El estacionamiento designado está cubierto y cerca del ascensor. La unidad está directamente enfrente de una de las muchas piscinas de la comunidad.

Patrimonio Bay es una comunidad cerrada de lujo con un campeonato de 27 hoyos campo de golf diseñado por Gordon Lewis y Paul Azinger. El curso está diseñado de forma espectacular con acres de reservas naturales y lagos.

Clean, comfortable, spacious

Located in a beautiful gated community. 5 pools - 2 within a few steps of the unit. The host was kind and responded quickly. The condo has everything you need - laundry, dishwasher, AC/heat, huge terrace. Most importantly it was very very clean.

Great CONDO!

Very nicely done and well take care of! Had everything and more we need for a short stay while our home was in the finishing process of being built. We move and had to move back because we lost power at new house. Matthew was great to work with and one of the nicest people ! He cares about his tenants and was very helpful when we got stuck on the TV/Roku! Thanks Matthew you made our last month of renting a pleasure!

Wonderful vacation!

My husband and I rented this condo 2 years in a row. We stayed 2 months each time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay incredible. The bed in the master bedroom was more comfy than ours at home! The kitchen was furnished with everything I needed to fix anything from toast and coffee to a gourmet meal. The lanai was located in such an angle that we could enjoy being out there in the warmest of temps. THe furniture was comfortable enough to enjoy an evening watching tv on one of the 3 flat screen tv's. or playing cards with friends. There are swimming pools throughout the property and there is one located directly across from this condo building. It was definitely our home away from home and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a 5-star vacation!!

The condo was lovely. Heritage Bay is a wonderful community with a great restaurant on site.

Everything was great with a major exception which can't be overlooked Both beds in the unit were deplorable making a good nights sleep nearly impossible. In addition the sheets provided were threadbear and of such poor quality it made the bed more uncomfortable. As a former B&B owner I know how important a good nights sleep is to guests and unfortunately the beds and linens fall short in this rental. If a goods night sleep is important to you skip this rental until the beds are upgraded.

Our stay was from Monday 10/20 - Friday 11/7 Heritage Bay is a well cared for gated community that was important to me. We did not spend much time at the condo, however it offered the basics if you wanted to cook. The one thing that stood out to us was the lack of natural light or any sunshine in condo. The location was not ideal for us but worked. Next vacation we will try another location closer to the things we enjoy.

Heritage Bay is a beautiful Country Club/Resort. The Cabana restaurant is spectacular. The Grill room is very impressive. The 3rd floor condo terrace has a beautiful view of the golf course and nature persevere. Matt the owner was very responsive to a few problems. The proximity of the satellite pool was very convenient.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Anlage Die Pools sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung bietet jeden Komfort,die Klimaanlage ist super und sauber. Vom Balkon aus kann direkt in die Natur gucken und viele Tiere entdecken u.a. Alligatoren 😏 Sehr zentral gelegen in alle Richtungen Wir können dieses Objekt auch für Langzeitmiete empfehlen.

Great golfing community and condo.

The condo and golfing community was excellent. Our two bedroom unit was on the 3rd floor giving us views of the par 5 fairway and nature preserve beyond. The building is surprisingly quiet and the lanai faces north so you are not baked by the sun....perfect! The unit comes fully furnished, 3 tv's serve the living room and both bed rooms with cable thru out. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware to prepare real meals. We had guests stay over on two occasions and all were comfortable with the space and furnishings. We were renting for three months and felt very at home.

Great location for a much needed family vacation

We recently stayed at Heritage Bay for our family vacation. This was our first time using VRBO and we were a little apprehensive. The owner was very responsive both before and during our stay. The accessibility and assistance of the owner throughout the process made us feel welcome. We enjoyed quiet mornings sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course. A nice and relaxing way to begin each day. The property is in a great location. A number of beaches are close by. We visited no less that 4 or 5 while we were there. There are also plenty of great restaurants to choose from. We tried a different one each night and were not disappointed. The days that we did not attend a beach, we stayed on the property and went to a couple different pools. The owner was great and the property was beautiful. We had a great experience and are looking forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

This condo is a must for a totally relaxing getaway!

Everything was exactly as listed - very nice, quiet and gorgeous location, only 30 minutes to Naples Beach, Bonita Beach and other attractions like Miromar Outlets. What a cozy and lovely home. The condo looked like a 5-star hotel and was very clean and neat. It has made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this lovely place and it's owners to anyone looking for a outstanding and memorable stay in Naples. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen - everything was very clean, so our stay was very comfortable. We felt like being in an perfect exotic faraway land and this only minutes away from downtown Naples. In addition, there was great attention to detail with lots of thoughtful amenities - very charming and helpful. The setting is so private, we were staying out on the large veranda until late into the evening enjoying the tranquility and the surrounding nature. There was nothing missing. This condo is a must for a totally relaxing getaway. Once again, we absolutely highly recommend this listing and would stay again. +++ Sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich, gewohnter „deutscher“ Standard +++ Dieses Condo zählt zweifellos zu den besten Unterkünften, in welchem wir in den gesamten USA jemals gewohnt haben. Zugegeben, zuerst müssen Sie vom geliebten Strand Abschied nehmen. Dennoch sind es von der Unterkunft nur 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zum Naples Pier, Bonita Beach oder den Miromar Outlets. Die abgeschirmte Anlage bietet alles, was man sich von einer perfekten Wohn- & Golfanlage erwartet. Peinlich gut gepflegt und begrünt, sowie top ausgebaute Wege und Straßen laden innerhalb der Anlage zum Spaziergang ein. 2 saubere Pools bilden die Grundlage, erst gar nicht weiter das Apartment verlassen zu wollen. Selbst das Auto steht auf dem überdachten Stellplatz wunderbar schattig. Das Apartment selber sorgt dann restlos für die Überzeugung, alles richtig gemacht zu haben. Die Klimaanlage ist neuster Stand, zu hören ist sie fast nicht. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Raum mit Waschmaschine/ Trockner, alles perfekt und komplett eingerichtet. Betten nicht durchgelegen - traumhaft. Der Balkon - unverbauter Blick in die Natur- und Tierwelt FL. Selbstverständlich mit Netzschutz vor dem Balkon gegen jegliches Ungeziefer. So sitzt man früh, mittags oder abends mit einem Buch und genießt Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung. Der Kontakt zu Matthew war großartig und unkompliziert - alles hat wunderbar einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

THE PERFECT PLACE, if you're looking for a home away from home!

My husband and I stayed at this condo the month of December, and it was a wonderful way to spend the holiday. The décor and accommodations were above and beyond our expectations. We found the open floor plan spacious, the furniture was very comfortable, and the screened lanai with a ceiling fan was an added bonus. Overlooking beautiful well maintained grounds, the lanai was a great place to relax and enjoy quiet time before we started our day. We were pleased, the location of the condo was near great restaurants, numerous shopping areas, entertainment and the beach. We spent much of our time sightseeing, but if you choose to stay in the neighborhood, Heritage Bay offers plenty to keep you busy. There's a number of pools, tennis courts, golf, sidewalks for walking or running and a bicycle lane throughout the plan, if you prefer riding. Something for everyone! The owners were easy to work with, handling arrangements for our visit. They were very efficient and helpful. My husband and I agreed, this was one of our favorite vacations! We would definitely recommend this condo if you're looking for a home away from home!

Excellent choice

This is the second time that my wife and me stayed at the Heritage Bay CC. During June we rented a two bedroom condo and we found it very spacious and comfortable just the perfect size for us and all the purchases we do every time we visit the US. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave but also a conventional oven and all the appliances you might need just to fell that you are in your own kitchen. It also had a dinning area and a beautifully decorated living room. The master suite was gorgeously appointed with a king size bed, a walk in closet and large master bath. The second bedroom tough it wasn’t so big, it was spacious enough to leave all the luggage !! The condo had a hidden washing machine and a tumble dryer that we found really useful. There are also 3 flat TVs and a audio equipment. The open view from the lanai (with a barbecue) is over a pond and a very quiet section of the golf course with woods beyond. Very pretty. The fitness centre with technogym equipment was really awesome. The staff there was excellent and friendly. The area has several pools thoughout, the main in front of the Club House, where is a good restaurant, A beautiful place to relax. Finally the condo is ideally located just a few minutes away from Mercato, 5th. Avenue S. and the new developmentet of Coconut Pointe shops and restaurants. It’s also not far away from the beach. A special mention for the owners courtesy, Matthew, who help us with our english. I would definitely recommend this condo and the Heritage Bay Golf and CC. Eduardo Buenos Aires- Argentina

Wonderful condo!

My husband and I and a twenty-something daughter stayed in this very comfortable condo over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was charming, very tastefully decorated and very well appointed. We found the owner responsive and easy to work with and all round it was an excellent stay. The view from the lanai is over a small pond (with alligator sightings!--no worries, they don't climb stairs) and a very peaceful section of the golf course, and then woods beyond..it was very pretty and peaceful. Highly recommend this place!

Enjoyable Stay at Heritage Bay

We stayed at this property for two months, (Jan & Feb 2013). Everything is as described in VRBO. We found the unit to be properly cleaned, nicely furnished, and equipped for our stay. Owner was forthright and easy to deal with regarding the lease process. Owner dealt with a needed Dryer repair very quickly. I recommend this property for extended stays especially for active Golfers and/or Tennis players.

Heritage Bay

Our stay in this Heritage Bay condominium was excellent. The condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. There were lovely towels in the bathrooms for our use. We enjoyed the use of the IPOD player to listen to music while we were cooking. The appliances in the kitchen were of excellent quality. The condo has a great view of the beautiful golf course and is located close to one of the outdoor pools. The grounds are beautiful and the people are so friendly. We would definately recommend this condo to friends. The owners were a pleasure to deal with.
