Fabulous place

We had the best time at Cummings Cove. The house is beautiful and much bigger than expected. The outdoor deck was our go to place. Numerous afternoon naps took place there. The appointments were excellent and we loved the summer weather, the golf, and the great Hendersonville restaurants.

Exceptional property in every respect. Large modern home with everything you could possibly need for a weekend or longer term stay. Particularly enjoyed the huge screened in porch for coffee in the morning, occasional naps in the afternoon and happy hour in the evening. Also appreciated the upgraded grill which we used multiple times. Pickleball, tennis, pool and fitness center were only a 5 minute walk away and was where we met many of our neighbors. This property is perfectly situated and made a great jumping off point for wandering into HVL or field trips to spectacular waterfall hikes, AVL and Brevard. Only 15-20 min away from some of the best trout fishing in NC. Our hostess, Diane, couldn't have been any more gracious and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Thank you again! We will be back!

From the breathtaking mountain scenery and beautiful golf courses to the charming downtown shops, restaurants, and nearby waterfalls, there’s so much to love about this area. We take pride in sharing our home with guests and want everyone who stays here to feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home. We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect combination of breathtaking mountain scenery, resort-style amenities, and peaceful living. Nestled within the beautiful gated Cummings Cove Golf Community, our home offers a relaxing mountain retreat with spectacular mountaintop views and a beautifully maintained golf course. We love having access to wonderful amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, and a clubhouse. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, private setting while still being just a short drive from charming downtown Hendersonville, local restaurants, wineries, hiking trails, and waterfalls. For us, it’s the best of both worlds—the tranquility of the Blue Ridge Mountains with all the comforts of a resort community. We’re excited to share this special place with our guests!

What makes our home truly special is its spacious layout, unique amenities, and beautiful indoor and outdoor living spaces. With four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to relax and enjoy time together. One of the standout features is the private steam room, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking, golfing, or exploring the mountains.

The home also features an enormous downstairs bonus room with plenty of space for additional air mattresses, making it ideal for larger families, kids, and group gatherings.

One of our favorite features is the beautiful, expansive outdoor patio, offering the best of both worlds! One half is screened in, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air, while the other half is open-air and features a cozy outdoor fireplace and BBQ grill. It’s the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon cookouts, or relaxing by the fire on a cool mountain evening.

Located in the beautiful gated Cummings Cove Golf Community, our home combines the comforts of a spacious mountain retreat with resort-style amenities. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, golf getaway, or gathering with friends, our home offers the perfect combination of space, comfort, relaxation, and mountain charm!
