Well appointed and spacious, perfect for entertaining large groups. Boat slip at community dock and community pool access available seasonally. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main floor, and additional upstairs living area/bunk room with private bath, it provides the ideal accommodations for any group. Plenty of seating for meals and additional space on the back deck overlooking the water.

Great spot!

The house had everything we needed and is located in a convenient spot close to Shangri-La so you can use their restaurant and amenities as well! Owners were very responsive and helpful!

Perfect lake house. Clean, well equipped, great location. We spent hours on back deck. Kitchen was very well-supplied, we ate in most meals. The outdoor dining table seated all 10 of us. We fished from the back yard and fed the geese daily. Hosts Jeff and Alicia were rock star hosts, answering all questions quickly. We would absolutely book again.

Wonderful lake house

Our stay was lovely. The morning coffees looking out over the cove was just what we our family needed. The entire home was extremely clean. Kayak and pedal board were bonuses! We are already looking forward to next year's trip to Monkey Cove. The kids enjoyed having their own space and were able to sleep in once the adults were up and around. The walk to the pool took less than 5 minutes and all enjoyed the gift basket of goodies. Lots of nice touches. We are already looking forward to next year's trip to Monkey Cove.

Wonderful getaway!

This certainly is a hideaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the house, location, amenities and more. There was more than enough room for two families and a couple extra kids. Alicia was very responsive to our needs and made it extra special with a stocked welcome basket. I would highly recommend this lovely vacation home!

Great Family Trip

We had a great time!! The property was wonderful and welcoming. From the delicious welcome basket to the abundance of coffee to the relaxing back deck and hot tub, everything was perfect! The marina was close and the neighborhood pool was less than a block away. We felt like we were staying at the home of a friend. We hope to make this a frequent destination in the future !

Wonderful place!

This was the perfect place for our group of ten. Plenty of space to spread out. The place is upscale and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the kayak and the hot tub. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

The house is well-kept and clean. it is really just a short walk to the slip at the dock. our group of 10 really enjoyed the large table on the deck....it was a perfect area for us to hang out together and eat and talk.

Great House. Location was perfect

This property is awesome. House was very nice. Property was clean, and very comfortable. Kitchen and pantry were well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. House has numerous beds to sleep multiple guests. Location on Monkey Island was great. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had a fantastic time!

Family gathering at the Lake!

This property was perfect for our family's stay at the lake. The kids LOVED the bunk room and the adults liked it because the kids had their own space. Plenty of room for my parents, inlaws, and our Grandmother. We were able to grill and entertain on the back patio. It was nice to have access to the swimming pool that was close by. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

FUN TIME WITH FAMILY

When the family came by or to visit for a few day with us, they all said the same.. The property feels so homey and relaxing. We enjoyed it so much, we have already booked to stay longer. The boat slip was very convenient, just a quick trip in the golf cart to pick them up. The larger marina just a quick golf cart ride, for when the family came by on a larger boat. The all the bedrooms are very spacious, the bunk room upstairs with it own bathroom was perfect when grandkids stayed. We're excited for our return stay..

Luxury at the Lake

We loved your house. It was well appointed and well stocked. Nice towels and linens, lots of spices and staples, and extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags — all things you don’t want to have to bring. It was a great home away from home and a perfect set up for our group. The 3 rooms with king beds and extra bedroom worked great for us — my husband and me, our 2 sons and their wives, and our 10 month old grandson had his own room next to his parents’ room and they had a bathroom with a tub. The upstairs was beautiful but we didn’t use it. I’m going to recommend your house to my sister who has 4 older grandkids. The upstairs would be ideal for them.
