Upon entering, this single-level, ranch-style home offers a newly renovated interior with porcelain floors, advanced wall finishing freshly painted, new baseboards and trim for a modernized look, and new decor - it's truly picture-friendly! The open floor plan seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Hang out with your loved ones in the inviting living room and stream a favorite movie or series on the smart TV. The high-speed WiFi available will make streaming a breeze! Then, when mealtime comes, prepare mouthwatering treats and meals in the open, eat-in kitchen, complete with sparkling countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and one of the bedrooms additionally features a working desk.

Wrong door code

When I got there I put in the door code that was provided to me in my email and it didn’t work. I was stuck outside for almost 30 mins. I called customer support they said they’d have someone call me back. I proceeded to call customer support again because it was hot and I’m not waiting in my rental for God knows how long til someone called me back. After calling customer support for the second time I finally got in and took like an hour nap until I gotten woken up by a phone call from customer support again asking if I still needed help getting into the house. I would’ve been outside for almost 2 hours if I had waited for them to call me back. Then when I went to go use the pool there were so many bugs in the water I didn’t even feel comfortable to swim in it. Overall the house wasn’t that bad but they need to fix whatever they got going on with emailing people the wrong code to the house the day of there check in

DO NOT BOOK

I arrived at 1am after delayed flights to find that the door code provided did not work. After being in the phone for 1.5 hours with zero success, I was told by Vacasa that I would be refunded for the night AND to go find the nearest hotel where I would refunded for one night at a hotel (text message proof). Once I checked into the hotel and paid for it, at 3:30am, I received a message from Vacasa that they would not pay for a hotel. I am still battling with this. I have yet to see any refund for anything! Even with proof from text messages on what they would refund. On day 2 of the stay, the property manager met us and provided the correct code. He said that Vacasa is continuously providing the wrong code for the property. After booking this 2 night stay for a funeral, I now have to pay more for a hotel on top of the house. Vacasa are liars! DO NOT BOOK!

Great place for a short vacation!

My wife and I had a wonderful time. We came down in late march to see the Miami open. The only con we had is that the pool was cold. Everything else was great, clean, and very easy. One more thing if you have to get in the lock box to get the key because the door code doesn’t work it’s hanging right behind the front door.

Worst stay ever!!!

The combination code for the front door doesn’t work, we had to call customer service and they gave us a new code which also didn’t work, then they remembered another code to unlock the door. The description stated that the pool should’ve been cleaned twice during the week, it was dirty upon our arrival and also wasn’t cleaned for the duration of our stay. The kitchen barely had any utensils and the few that we had were dirty. There’s only one bathroom and the faucet in the bathroom didn’t work, they only provided us with 4 towels during our stay. There wasn’t a washer or a drier in the house so we couldn’t clean our clothes or towels. The neighborhood is low class and the neighbors blasted music all nights until the morning, think twice before you reserve this out for your vacation. It was our worst vacation ever.

Laut Fewo-Direkt ein tolles Haus Am Haus angekommen kamen die ersten Probleme uns wurde der falsche Code gesendet.Endlich im Haus war der erste Eindruck okay!Eingangstür klemmte und hackte beim schließen.Das Haus war für 4 Personen, leider nur für 3 Personen Tassen und Teller da! Vieles fehlte in der Küche, wie Schüsseln vernünftige Pfanne etc. Küchenschränke und Griffe total fettig! Spülmaschine kam einem beim öffnen entgegen. Das Bad war teilweise dreckig! Die Duschstange verrostet und dreckig sowie die Gardinenstange verrostet! In der Wanne noch Duschrückstände vom Vormieter!Toilette allerdings sauber! Fenster im Bad schloss nicht richtig!!!!Das Waschbecken war kaum nutzbar da kaum Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn kam. Desweiteren bröckelte die Farbe von der Decke!Leider waren auch nicht genügend Handtücher da! Wieder nur 3 Badehandtücher und 3 kleine Handtücher! Waren gezwungen in einem Waschsalon zufahren.Die Schlafzimmer waren gut!Die Möbel im Wohnbereich waren teilweise abgenutzt!Zum Außenbereich: der Pool dreckig, Garten komplett ungepflegt der Tisch verrostet. Keine Liegen vorhanden nur 3 Gammelige Plastikstühle!Gut nach Aufforderung wurde der Pool gereinigt aber na ja!Kein WLAN Passwort bekommen erst nach mehrmaligen Auffordern!Im Großen und Ganzen alles sehr unpersönlich und sowas hatten wir noch nie!Was auch fehlte eine Mappe mit Notfallnummern etc.wie gesagt zum Glück war das Wetter super und wir verbrachten viel Zeit am Strand und waren unterwegs!

Good and bad lol

I would give it a 5 stars but I had issues checking in , the door code didn’t work and I was waiting outside for 2 hours yes management was on the phone trying to help me but it was very frustrating, they also had 2 different lock boxes and I only seen one because the tree was covering the other lockbox which they should have communicated that and I would have not been outside for 2 house , other then that the house was clean the neighbor was quite and the host and management was very helpful… they need to do better with the door code that is there biggest down fall !

Okay experience for weekend getaway

Pool was nice, no heater. The beds are slightly uncomfy- they are also NOT queen sized as stated in the description. They’re full sized. Most wall outlets in the kitchen did not work, only found one that did. Bath towels are scratchy, and there was only 2 in the house. We did enjoy our stay - we were mostly out doing other things in the area.

Bad experience

I should have known this after reading the obviously fake review left on Vacasa's site right before me, but this place is just not great. The house would have a lot of potential, but sadly it's under very poor management. I don't know if it's Vacasa, the owner or the cleaner, or all of the above, but we are disappointed. While strictly speaking it has everything you NEED, there are many frustrating things about this place. The day we arrived, Vacasa gave us the wrong entry code, we spent 2 hours baking in the 100 degrees in front of the house before - after many VERY upsetting phone calls where Vacasa associates talked to me like I was the idiot in the situation - someone showed up to let us in, who also told us that there is no way the 4-digit code we received could ever work because the door works with a 6-digit one. Once we finally got in, we were faced with a barely cleaned house (dust and trash in many places, backyard a complete unkept mess, trash receptacle next to house overflowing) and we had to realize that one of the beds that's supposedly a queen is absolutely not a queen but a full size at best. Then later during our stay we discovered that the dishwasher doesn't work properly and the outlets in the kitchen need to be reset multiple times a day because they just stop working in the middle of making coffee, the pool cleaner did not show up as promised, there's nothing in the kitchen to make your stay a little more comfortable. I ran out of characters, theres more!

Vacation interruptions

We have to do check out one day before because the neighborhood it was not safety for us. We tried to spend time using the pool but we couldn’t because the pool it was dirty. The house inside was clean and comfortable the only only issue which we found inside it was the curtains we couldn’t open. The neighbors some of them made a lot noise with music in their cars in front their house.
