Summary:

Beautifully updated condo with in unit washer/dryer, pool and direct beach access. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for brewing up your morning cup of coffee in the Keurig, to whipping up all your favorite meals. In the living room, the large COZY sectional is the perfect spot to watch or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Gather around the dining table and have some fun playing board games. Walk to Crabcake Factory, The Green Turtle, and more!



The Space:

Perfect spot for your next stay. Sleeps 6; Queen bed, two twin trundles and a pull out sofa in the living room. Dining table for 6, board games, blender, wine glasses and a full kitchen make this a perfect spot. Smart TV with sound bar allow you to stream your favorite shows and/or music.

Pool stays open until September 30th and is heated!



Guest Access:

Parking notes: A $50 cash registration fee per vehicle will be collected at the Fountainhead Security office upon arrival. No assigned parking- first come, first served. Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times.



Smart lock on the door and you will be given your unique door code for your stay



The Neighborhood:

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Great stay at this condo in Ocean City. Our family of four enjoyed how convenient it was to attractions, restaurants, and right on the beach. Everyone we met was friendly, and we really enjoyed the evening bonfires on the beach together. Perfect spot for a family getaway!

Great unit in our favorite building! Weather was less than ideal, so really appreciated the heated pool. Walkable to restaurants and Northside park, which was super convenient. Very well stocked and nice kitchen/ living room space .

Nice stay!

The property was clean and in a great location. Check in and out was quick and easy. Property owners were very responsive. The condo was perfect for my family of 5. We loved that it came with everything you needed for a day at the beach- multiple chairs, pop up tent, boogie boards and so much more! I Highly recommend!

Great Location

Check in was smooth, there was a 50 parking fee that we were not aware of when we booked. Host was always very quick to respond and very helpful.Location was great, we could see both the pool and the ocean from the unit, so neither was far at all to get to. Under a hundred paces to the pool, maybe another 100 feom there to the beach. Beach seemed somewhat crowded during the day, but we never had trouble finding space, especially closer to the water where umbrellas were not allowed (none allowed forward of the lifeguard stands). Room was clean and had plenty of space for our family. Many restaurants, a couple mini golf facilities and a grocery store all in walking distance. Bus stop very near as well for when we wanted to get to restaurants or the boardwalk farther south.We would definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd year in the same room. From the location, amenities to cleanliness everything was perfect. We made so many new memories and are already looking forward to coming back next year!!!

Rosé Vacation

The condo was very cozy and well decorated! Enough room for me and my 3 sisters. Close to everything. The only thing is the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close. All you need to do is put some wax on the track.

Great stay

We stayed on the second floor, which had the beach and pool access. We also had yard activities next to the pool to entertain the kids. The rooms were plenty big enough for the family to play games, eat together and separate when needed. Lol It was nice having the owner provide all the beach chairs, pop up, shovels, and a cooler on wheels. Great central location for shopping and dining. Wish we could have been able to sit on the balcony and look into the ocean. Overall, it was an awesome vacation I would definitely recommend this room to anyone with children and teenagers.

Great condo with easy access to pool and beach

Great one bedroom condo on 2nd floor of building. Same floor access to pool and beach entrance. Nicely updated and decorated. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfy large sectional sofa, big dining table for meals and games, two TVs ( one in bedroom). Jodi is great to work with. Quickly responded to texts. Note: building is oceanfront. View from balcony is of pool and a building. Can’t really see ocean. That said, I would stay here again.

Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better location to get to and from the beach each day! My only complaint is that the online posting said there was boogie boards and chairs available. There were not, at least no where that I saw which meant we had to buy them in OC since we didn’t bring any from home. The property was clean and check in/out was simple! Plenty of room to hang out in the living room and the yard area on property was nice to hang out at in the evenings with a grill, firepit and yard games! The staff on property were all very nice and ample parking!

Wonderful ocean getaway!

My husband and I were only able to do a mini week trip...this 1 bd unit was so WONDERFUL! We loved the unit location, just a sliver of ocean view BUT right by the door to the beach access and pool! There are some obvious upgrades (floor plan changes in the kitchen, new flooring, flatsceenTV's, all new furniture). Kitchen was FULLY stocked! The owner was very kind and responsive. The whole experience was wonderful ....just 2 items I will point out: 1) bed is a FULL, not queen.....hard for my big husband! 2) definitely needs some minor cosmetic attention (outlets, dryer door needs to swing other way due to closet door not opening correctly, paint needs some freshening, rain shower head was not right for that size tub) My husband remodels homes so he notices stuff/is kinda picky...Im just sharing in case there is a list of off season ideas to work on there. We will return....I was so so so pleased!!! Thank you for offering your unit!
