The space

The living area is bright and relaxed, anchored by a comfortable sofa with a pull-out sleeping option for additional guests, and a TV to wind down with at the end of the day. Room-darkening shades throughout help everyone sleep in when needed, and the dedicated workspace means remote workers or trip planners have a proper spot to settle in. You'll find extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and bed linens provided, with an iron on hand should you need it.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom - a nice retreat for parents or anyone who wants a little extra privacy. The second bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for kids or traveling companions. With the sleeping sofa in the living room, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals - an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle are all at your disposal, along with cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. Dishes, silverware, and children's dinnerware are included. To get you started, the host provides an initial supply of essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may wish to stock up on additional supplies during your trip.

 

Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms in the home. The primary bathroom is private to the king bedroom, and the second bath serves the rest of the space. Both are equipped with hot water and a hair dryer. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

 

Community amenities

The resort community offers a shared pool and hot tub available year-round, a shared fitness area, and a clubhouse with a meeting room - perfect for board games, cards, or a quiet evening in. A patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors when you want to take in the fresh air.

 

Location

The condo sits just 4.1 miles from Disney World and 7.3 miles from SeaWorld, with Universal Studios about 11 miles away - making it an easy base for multi-park trips. The Premium Outlets are just under 5 miles away, and a handful of golf courses, including Falcon Fire and Disney Golf, are within a short drive. Orlando International Airport is approximately 18 miles from the property.

 

Good to know

The home features self check-in via smart lock. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. A crib and pack 'n play are available for families traveling with young children. A washer and dryer are in-unit for your convenience. Free parking is available on premises and on the street. The home has central air conditioning and heating, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a very small and private community. The property is surrounded by a small lake and a forest. The main advantage of this community over the larger commercial buildings is the privacy, quietness and sense of piece. The amenities are never overcrowded and there are always available lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. Due to the fact that this is smaller community, the property is very clean and all amenities are very well maintained.



Getting Around:

Some of the main benefits of this neighborhood are the proximity to all major attractions, parks and restaurants. You are only a short car ride from Disney World, Universal, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and much more. Some of the best restaurants in town are also located nearby. Other locations of interest include outlet malls, Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport.
