This luxurious condo is exactly where you want to stay on your vacation or visit to Traverse City! This condo is just minutes away to local shops and restaurants along with being just a short drive to multiple award winning wineries! This condo is equipped with all the necessities and is the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring Traverse City or surrounding areas. Did I mention this condo has has West Bay views? Carefree check out is included!

The Space:
The spacious living room features a large cozy Ethan Allen sectional that duals as a pullout sofa and has a large smart TV. This condos modern and luxurious feel makes it the perfect place to gather after a long day of exploring!
**No cable, streaming capabilities only using your own personal login!**

Located right next to the living room you will find the well stocked kitchen! If you are planning on staying in for a night and wanting to cook a homemade meal this kitchen has all your needed appliances, basic dish ware, cookware, and cooking utensils. This home hosts a Keurig and 4 k-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot! (Also included in the kitchen is 4 dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, a sponge, 3 trash bags, and 2 paper towel rolls)

Next, walk into the primary bedroom which features a cozy queen sized bed, closet, and a desk for if you plan on working from the condo! (All linens included) You will also find a full bathroom stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

*Be advised this is a second floor unit and there is no elevator in this building.

Planing on staying a while? No problem, there is a laundry room at the end of the hall with a washer, dryer, and sink! (4 washer pods and dryer sheets are provided)

Please note there is only 1 parking spot.

**If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.**

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Traverse City this condo will not disappoint! It is clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable as was all of the furniture. We loved the floorplan as it offered a spacious feeling that never felt crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with appliances and tools to make breakfast, or even a small meal! We look forward to a return visit!

Great rental!

We slipped in a four night stay during the week and this unit was great! Walked to downtown every night and took day drives to surrounding small towns.

Cozy, very clean, great location!

Condo was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Owner was very responsive and a wonderful host.

Very clean, has everything you need. Plenty of towels (beach towels were a plus). Kitchen comes fully equipped with all you need to enjoy eating in. Perfect location, walking distance and short drive to wherever you need to go. Beach location, short walk across the street. Quiet location, no noise from neighbors and our unit was on the 2nd floor. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this condo.

TC Weekend Getaway

This rental was the perfect fit for my wife and I. Very cosy and quaint, but offered more than a traditional hotel. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Wife and I stayed. We have been to the area often but this is the first time getting a property in walking distance to downtown. Walked the lakefront each day. Crosswalk to Traverse Bay just a block away. The property is very neat and clean. Plenty of towels, even beach towels, and nice starter set of essentials. Owner very responsive answering questions. If want to stay close to town again will surely come back.
Grand Traverse Bay just a block from property.

Our stay

For the most part our stay was great. The check in and out was great and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and very comfortable , but at times the noise and traffic outside was a bit loud. Great location and would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent Room, pretty good location

Excellent room and value. Very clean and comfortable. The only minor downside of anything is the location is a bit of a ways(about a mile) from the actual traverse city Main Street area and there is substantial construction being done on the water front road making it very difficult to get to the waterfront walking/biking path

3 Nights in Traverse City

This property is located within walking distance of the TC Bay. Having the assigned parking spot was handy. The property is just minutes away from downtown TC and is close to the Leelanau Peninsula where we spent most of our days. We'd recommend staying here!

Great condo

The property was very clean and comfortable. A great location right by the west bay. It was a quick drive to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go and traffic in and out was never an issue. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. No issues or complaints, and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay the parking spaces are small with that many vehicles and we couldn't get into our vehicle because parked so close together. You could use more trash cans, great place to stay.

Nice Condo

This was our first visit to Traverse City and the location was great! You could walk to the beach and we were not to far from restaurants. The accommodations look just like the picture. If I texted a question the response was quick.
