The location was great. Easy to walk the city and access different areas quickly. It was great to have a spot to park without having to pay additional or find a spot daily.

The best of locations!

This was an amazing place to stay. Located in the heart of Traverse Citys Front Street, you have walking access to everything....great food, shopping and the water. The apartment itself is super clean and updated. It has all the amenities you need. I would stay here again. I highly recommend it. Oh and the welcome basket with the goodies is a great touch. Thank you!

Great unit but the second bed is extremely uncomfortable. If you only need the one bedroom than it would be no problem, but the sleeper sofa is terrible.

Great location in the heart of Traverse City!

The condo was in the perfect location to all the things to do. It was my husband and I, and our fur baby. If you’re bring a pup with you, here are some tips: If you walk out the rear of the building, and across the parking lot you’ll find a large open area/ park. This is the only large enough area for our dog to use the restroom. But, it’s super close!! If your dog is older, the steps (5 flights/3rd floor) may be a challenge. Our dog isn’t older, but she’s a lazy bulldog and my husband had to carry her 60lb self up the steps!! The condo itself was stocked with everything you’d need. It did have a reg coffee maker/ no Keurig, but could be a nice update to include down the road. Local favs: Flying Noodle, Mama Lu’s, Right Brain Brewery, Traverse City Whiskey Co & Espresso Bay. I see there were issues on check in for others, but it was seamless for us! The owner was great with communication and very clear on instructions and where to park. Thanks again!!!

Great downtown location

Perfect location for our short trip tp Traverse City. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The dedicated parking spot across the street was greatly appreciated as it can be challenging to find open parking downtown. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great Location!

We stayed in this rental for two nights and it was in the perfect location! Incredibly walkable and so convenient. The home was so clean and there was even a welcome sign with some snacks/coffee. At this point in our trip we also needed some fresh clothes so the washer and dryer were a real bonus. We had a great stay overall!

Great location.

We had a great overall experience other than the bed linens not being clean. Per and human hair as well as dirty paw prints were found on several blankets. We also didn’t have enough bath linens for a family of four. Needless to say I did laundry within hours of arriving. Other than that it was great.

Place is nice, third party management company is nightmare

Overall, place is located in a great location and having one free and dedicated parking spot directly across the street is a nice and convenient bonus. However, the parking directions you receive in an email from the third party management company, Evolve Team, are confusing and inaccurate. Once you get inside the place you will see a map that points you to the lot. But the lot in the email does not exist with the description provided. Also the check out directions fail to say where to take trash to. As most people do, you must love pets to stay here because there are remnants of all the previous fur baby guests everywhere. If you have allergies, I would find a different location. There are stools at the counter although the listing doesn’t show or describe any. The pull out couch is best reserved for children as it isn’t comfortable for adults while this is typical I wanted to highlight for those not familiar with pull out beds. If you need timely and written communication, you won’t get that with this listing because a third party company manages it - Evolve Team! They aren’t helpful when you contact them and they direct you to call the actual owner vs getting responses in the VRBO platform. There are 4 stools in the kitchen even though listing doesn’t describe them or show them and Evolve team has no idea when you ask them. Nice place, but overall management company does a poor job.

Beautifully decorated with cute seasonal decor. Located downtown, just a block away from shopping, 10 minute walk to the water. Restaurants and breweries just steps away. Outstanding communication with management. Highly recommend.
