About the Location:
We are in the heart of Melbourne, FL, walking distance from historic downtown Melbourne and only 1.5 miles to the beach! We are 64 miles from Orlando Intl Airport and 3 miles from the Melbourne Airport. The USSSA Space Coast Complex is 17 miles, 26 miles from Cape Canaveral Space Force Base, and just a 1.5 hour drive to Walt Disney World!

About the Property:
Rio Vista sits right on the beautiful Indian River. It's a 1942 bungalow, packed with Florida charm. Fully fenced yard, great for kids and pets alike. You can walk right out onto a private dock and see native wildlife, fish, paddle board, or just enjoy the view. There is also a jacuzzi on the back deck, a fire pit, and a grill to enjoy. All of the accommodations to make for a perfect vacation.

Rio Vista has 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, sleeping a total of 11 guests. There are total of 4 TVs. A stackable washer and dryer located indoors off the kitchen. The kitchen is loaded with all of the tools you will need to feel right at home!

About the Parking:
Out front parking comfortably fits 5-6 vehicles. Definitely room for boat parking!

Great location, great house, beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Tiffany was very good and Joey was excellent. This house is in a great location with an amazing view. We were very lucky to have a couple starlink launches during our stay, which were awesome to watch from the yard. Very peaceful and relaxing. Easy to walk to downtown Melbourne for dining and shopping. Quick trip over the bridge to the beaches. Wonderful experience. We will look into staying here the next time we find ourselves in Melbourne.

Wonderful stay

Great location on the inter coast. We loved waking up and seeing the dolphins each day. Our granddaughter said it was her favorite vacation house.

This place was incredible. It's exactly as advertised. It's a quick walk to downtown Melbourne and short drive to the beach. Our boys (8 and 6) had a blast fishing off the dock and exploring in the bush area in front of the yard. We paddle boarded, relaxed in the hot tub, hung out by the fire, and had and incredible week.

Gorgeous home and property and perfect location

My husband, son and father stayed there while visiting another son who’s at FIT. We have an other family members in the area as well, and the deck and yard were perfect places to congregate. We enjoyed a beautiful evening by the fire-pit and even got to see a night launch from Space X. There were dolphins every morning in front of the dock. We loved it. Everyone said they want to come back for another visit in the future!!

The perfect waterside getaway

We had such a relaxing and fun stay. The place was clean, within walking distance to a ton of stuff, and the hot tub was a huge plus. We loved waking up to dolphins off the dock!

Look Forward to Going Back

Charming home on the river. Very inviting and cozy. Great yard and access to the river. Love that they are pet friendly. Communication with the prop manager was excellent. Felt like home away from home. We visit MLB a lot and will be back soon.

Quick family getaway

Lovely house for my husband, me, my daughter, and 5 grandkids. Grandson loved the dock and spent morning, noon, and evening fishing. Caught lots of catfish. Granddaughters loved paddleboarding. We all found it relaxing and comfortable for our 3 nights. We will be back.

Lovely, peaceful retreat

This property was beautifully appointed, the photos were accurate. There was enough room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the decor and the views, as well as the local floral and fauna. A great location with lots of walkability. We’ll rebook for our next trip if its available.

Perfect place to stay!

The house was super clean and cute and the location is great. Only 5 minutes to the beach and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The house is right on the water, we could see dolphins from our bedroom window. There were also paddleboards, fishing poles, and a hot tub - the perfect vacation home, we didn’t want to leave. The host was great, I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! The house is situated on a beautiful part of the Indianatlantic River, awesome view and great place to take our kayaks out, caught some snappers, saw huge snook every morning under the dock, lots of dolphins jumping around chasing bait fish, perfect vacation to just chill and relax. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to so many great restaurants and shops, beaches within 10 minutes away. Will definitely be coming back. Brought our two dogs and they didn't want to leave either!! .
