This is a non-smoking property. This premier home boasts a large private salt water pool & hot tub, with plenty of outdoor entertaining space that includes an outdoor kitchen with smart TV, fireplace, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite bar/countertops and 4 more smart TVs including in 2 of the bedrooms. Easy drive to the beach and all that Melbourne has to offer. Relax in style without the huge crowds.

SECURITY
The property is protected by 5 security cameras around the perimeter of the house. Two in the front yard overlooking the driveway and front door, one along the side of the house overlooking the side garage entrance and two in the backyard overlooking the back entrance and pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored but are used by authorities in case of a safety or security incident at the property. If you are concerned about privacy, ask your host about options to mitigate your concerns.

Wonderful stay. The outside area was great, and the hot tub got so hot so fast, which was fab! The location was key for us with so many activities available within a short distance.

Great house and pool

This was a great property. The house had everything you need. The backyard area is beautiful! It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. The zoo and beach are short drives away. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Backyard Oasis

We had a great stay at this property in Dec. 2024. You will not find many backyard pool areas better than this one. Huge pool, great hot tub, large outdoor bar w/ TV, grill, etc. Outdoor fireplace, etc. It is as great as the pictures. Host was very prompt to communicate and does a great job explaining how to use all the fun stuff in the backyard. House was spotless and well decorated. If you're cooking type it had all the utensils you'd need for that. Also a nice touch every TV has ability to stream or connect to your favorite services. They also provide beach towels, some beach equipment (chairs, cooler, etc). This a great home for a Space Coast stay, very short drive to Cocoa Beach, Melbourne beach etc.

The home was so clean and organized. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Our host was also amazing. Answered any questions that we had and was in contact with us through out our stay. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to get away.

OMG it was great

This is the second time we have stayed and it was awesome both times. The house is great but the back yard is to die for. We were in the backyard most of the time until dark. It's a great place and Tim is great to work with, WE WILL BE BACK.....

Family weekend

Visited family in Melbourne for the weekend. The house was in a very convenient spot with easy access to restaurants, grocery store and gas station. House is exactly as advertised and very clean. Outdoor space is second-to-none. Really enjoyed our weekend and would stay here again!

Outdoor Oasis

We chose this property based on the outdoor amenities. They were exactly as pictured. Cooked every meal in the outdoor kitchen. Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels good quality and plenty provided. This is the first property I’ve stayed in that I would return to. Tim my daughter asked me to let you know that she felt the timer on the gas was a great idea

Vacation March 2024

We stayed at this property for Winter getaway and very much enjoyed the rental. The backyard is spectacular and we spent most of our time there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including spices, etc. Tim is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions/needs. We will definitely stay here again if opportunity arises.

Exactly as represented

From the beginning I was a little hesitant because this was my first time using vrbo but Tim was there from day one to respond to all my concerns no matter what they were. He walked us through the entire process. The property was absolutely lovely and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a resort feel but with privacy. Thank you Tim for sharing your home it was a great vacation!!!

Amazing

From the morning of my check-in, I had contact with the host and I'm glad I did. He's a great guy and very easy to talk to. Having a line of communication with him throughout the stay made my friends and I a lot more comfortable. The property was incredible and even though we all kind of did our own thing, there was never a boring moment. I love cooking so I was happy the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and cutlery. The backyard was the star of the show though. We spent most of our time in the hot tub and pool during the day and by one of the 3 fireplaces at night. This will definitely be my first choice when multiple friends come to town in the future.

Oasis at Christmas

Despite inclement weather, our family enjoyed our first Christmas in Melbourne. The outdoor space was amazing and with cooler temps, we took advantage of the large hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The tiki hut provided a nice gathering spot as well. The large family room accommodated our group well, as well as multiple places to eat. The owner was very receptive to all requests and questions. We would definitely stay here again.
