This is a non-smoking property. This premier home boasts a large private salt water pool & hot tub, with plenty of outdoor entertaining space that includes an outdoor kitchen with smart TV, fireplace, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite bar/countertops and 4 more smart TVs including in 2 of the bedrooms. Easy drive to the beach and all that Melbourne has to offer. Relax in style without the huge crowds.

SECURITY
The property is protected by 5 security cameras around the perimeter of the house. Two in the front yard overlooking the driveway and front door, one along the side of the house overlooking the side garage entrance and two in the backyard overlooking the back entrance and pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored but are used by authorities in case of a safety or security incident at the property. If you are concerned about privacy, ask your host about options to mitigate your concerns.

The property is exactly what you see. Loved grilling outside while using the pool and spa. Tim is an amazing host with an amazing home. Comfortable beds too.

What a beautiful property. We had a fantastic stay here. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The outside cooking area was easy to use. Tim was available if we needed anything, but we were all set. I didn't time it, but you are probably 20 min from the beach at the most. Its a short trip. Also, 1 hour and 10 min from Orlando if you are going to Disney or Universal Studios. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the much needed relaxation

The OMG! Check out this place! title on this house is prefect!Tim is a great host he truly wants you to enjoy your stay at his home. This house is very well stocked with everything you need when you walk in the door, it is close to some great Restaurants, beaches and stores. The back yard/pool area is the best it's like an upscale resort! We will definitely stay at Tim's home again. If you're go to the Melbourne area don't overlook is house. Thanks for everything Tim!!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The host communicates great. The house is incredible. The amenities could not have been better. Pool and spa are excellent. Outdoor kitchen is spectacular. We grilled multiple nights. Tiki torches outside are ran on gas from the house, super easy to use. All the amenities are very user friendly. Location is close to a lot of things you need. We could not recommend this house anymore

Wonderful stay. The outside area was great, and the hot tub got so hot so fast, which was fab! The location was key for us with so many activities available within a short distance.

Great house and pool

This was a great property. The house had everything you need. The backyard area is beautiful! It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. The zoo and beach are short drives away. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was so clean and organized. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Our host was also amazing. Answered any questions that we had and was in contact with us through out our stay. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to get away.

Family weekend

Visited family in Melbourne for the weekend. The house was in a very convenient spot with easy access to restaurants, grocery store and gas station. House is exactly as advertised and very clean. Outdoor space is second-to-none. Really enjoyed our weekend and would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! House was clean and spacious with big sunroom and amazing backyard! Walmart and Aldi’s just down the road and a tasty cookie bakery within walking distance. The beach was a short 15 minute drive away. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and other fun things to do nearby (zoo, airboat rides, deep sea fishing, etc.) We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.
