Sterling Breeze Condominiums is a beach front boutique size building. The beach front pool is seasonally heated with a poolside cafe feauturing great snacks, wine and specialty drinks. Relax by the pool at our fire pit or get your cardio in at our work out facility. Walk to Pier Park for great beach front dining, shopping and entertainment options. Your balcony overlooks the beautiful emerald waters and white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Unit 2103 is newly renovated and ready for you and your family to enjoy! Beach service is included in your stay March through October.
This unit is on the 21st floor.
Sterling Breeze Resort collects a $50 Resort Fee Upon Arrival
Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old.

Loved our stay at Sterling Breeze! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was AMAZING! Pool was warm and hot tub felt great! Easy access to beach. Will be returning soon!

Great location, beautiful room and views. Everything was at the condo and room at our convenience. Our property owner was very helpful even while we were there. We stay at Sterling Breeze every year, and will be going back next year. Keep up the good work!

Our stay was fantastic. Condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Tammy was wonderful and very responsive to our texts when we thought we had an issue (which ended up being nothing). The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with my boys at night. We will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful place again.

Great condo very clean and well stocked. Everything is as pictured. Easy check in and check out process. We love Sterling Breeze we have stayed here several times through the years. The grill on the balcony is one of favorite amenities. Beautiful ocean front views from the balcony. The elevators were super fast. All the public areas were clean and well maintained. One of the best vacations we have had!

Short family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at sterling breeze! The condo itself was clean and cozy. The outside pool area was a bit chaotic and a few of the on staff members were a bit overwhelming with the “rules”. Other than that we truly enjoyed it.

Perfect stay!

Sterling Breeze is the perfect location, close enough to the action, but far enough away to provide some peace. We have stayed at Sterling Breeze several times over the past couple of years, and Tammi‘s condo was by far the cleanest and nicely decorated. Kitchen is stocked perfectly, beds are comfortable, beach chairs included, wonderful experience!

Amazing !!

This condo was absolutely amazing ! Very clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need (we had our own beach towels, bags, etc) Pictures are very accurate as the unit looks exactly like the listing. Ms.Tammy is an amazing host as she is very communicative and accommodating.Most definitely will be booking again.

The condo was very cute and clean. It was a relaxing stay. The balcony view was beautiful. Having chairs at the beach is so relaxing. It was a perfect spot for a couple or small family.

Very nice

We were very pleased with our five days at this condo. You only need to bring beach towels as there are no towels with the pool or beach service. Close to everything in PCB. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to communicate with the owner, too.

Love this place!

I can’t say enough good things about the condo. The condo was big for a one bedroom. As a family of 5 we had plenty of space. I loved the personal touch to the condo as well. It was decorated beautifully. The owner of the condo Tammy was amazing to work with us. We needed an extra night and she did awesome working with us to accommodate our stay. Although the condo was a 10/10… the real reason we will be booking again with Tammy because of how great she is. She is the reason we will continue to go back! Great experience. We also loved the beach chairs included!

Family vacation

We scheduled a short trip (3 days) to PCB and was pleased that the owner of this property did not have a minimum of a week stay in order to book. The property is beautiful. Exactly as described. The pictures are accurate. Shower is wonderful. Beach access right in front. Views are beautiful. I didn't need to communicate with the owner once I received the code to enter the door, because everything was seamless.

Wonderful condo and great location

Really enjoyed this condo. Only thing that needs a little different system(nothing to do with individual condo) is the carts used for your luggage and groceries. It was fine when we checked in at 4 but then I went to grocery store and the lady checking out the carts leaves at 6. You can call security to come and give you one but that did take about 20 mins. Not too great when you have milk, ice cream, and other frozen food. Owner was very very responsive.

Great Condo Not So Great Beach Service

The condo and the building itself were great. Covered parking garage with air conditioned breezeway was great as well luggage carts and other carts made getting our stuff to and from the room easy. Beach was nice and staff were great with the exception of the beach service worker. This is a secondary company contracted to the condo. The individual working that day was very rude. Beach service is supposed to be from 8:00am to 5:00pm but Spencer, the person working that day decided to remove all beach chairs at 4:00pm on a beautiful sunny day. He informed us of this at exactly 4:00pm and we gathered our stuff. I remained seated on the end of the chair talking with family when 8 minutes later Spencer pulled the chair from under me and said I told you twice already dude. This property was great with the exception of the beach service company and their employee.

Great Property at a great location

We’ve been going to PCB for years and this our first time staying at Sterling Breeze. This condo group is the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Every morning you’re greeted by the cleaning crew cleaning all of the common areas, wiping down elevators and every surface imaginable. They always stop to acknowledge you and say good morning. The condo we stayed in, 2103, was perfect! Beautiful master with tile shower, spacious living room and bar top seating and full size washer & dryer. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony and always had a great experience on the beach which was never packed to the gills like the neighboring condo buildings. It was refreshing not to feel like you had people stacked on top of you! It’s family friendly and was a great vibe. I traveled with my 14 y/o son, his best friend and my 14 y/o nephew. The boys had a great time and enjoyed their evenings in the pool & hot tub. This location is perfect if you want to be close to Pier Park and restaurants but not in the middle of the chaos. We were right down from Dusty’s and we could make it to all the restaurants quickly. You could even walk most places if you prefer. Winn Dixie and CVS are also super close so that you don’t have to battle the crowds at Walmart. The owner was always available to answer questions and communication was top notch!
