Stunning Ocean Views in the Luxurious Sterling Breeze Condo with Ocean Front Views. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach close to restaurants, shopping, and walking distance to Pier Park. Family Friendly with loads of entertainment for all ages. We are new owners and have recently updated our condo that will accommodate your family and/or friends.

As you enter the living room, you will find an amazing ocean view. It is equipped with plenty of seating and a queen soft sleeper that is brand new if needed.
The kitchen has ocean view and is equipped with all the tools and equipment you will need. Includes coffee maker, dishware, flatware, toaster, and all standard cooking basics. There is a washer and dryer off the kitchen for your convenience.

The Master Suite features a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite master bath and tv. The bunk beds are located in the hallway and add extra sleeping space.

Sterling Breeze Condo has: Fitness Center, heated swimming pool, hot tub and wifi. There is a seasonal bar from March- Oct.

Loved our stay

Absolutely immaculate, Primary Bedroom mattress was so comfy and walk in shower was convenient. We have rented a lot along the coast and this was a nicer unit updated, clean, tastefully decorated!

Summer vacation

We had six people and there was plenty enough room for all of us. I loved the 2 bathrooms, everywhere else was so expensive with only one bathroom. The room was also clean and cozy. Great place to stay!

Just Like Home

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at in PCB. We like to stay near Pier Park and this is within walking distance to Dusty's Oysters. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had all of the amenities of home. New washer and dryer; a very well stocked kitchen; two full bathrooms and the views of the Gulf that we love. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful condo for your next getaway!

Not satisfied with the room at all

This property needs attention and care. It doesn’t include towels to bathe with, beach chairs, and needs new bed linen. The furniture is old and disfunctional. There was an odor in the room and I had to purchase all of the items listed above including a candle to help with the odor. The balcony had a large stain and the sliding doors were filthy. I have pictures of all item’s mentioned. We were thoroughly disappointed.

I want to apologize first and foremost that you didn’t enjoy your stay! I wish you would have contacted me so I could have made it right for you! The couch is newer and has a brand new mattress in it. We just updated our condo and bought new linens, so I am very sorry. I would never want any guest to go and buy new stuff for the condo. I do provide my phone number to every guest so that in case situations like these arise, I am contacted right away to ensure things are right. Also the patio may have been dirty as many storms rolled through Panama in April. I have also addressed this with my cleaners. Again so sorry! Jamie

Good location, needs good cleaning and updates

Good location, but the $40 parking fee was steep. Then a guy stopped us one night because our truck was not 7 ft tall and told us to move to a different paring place or get towed. ! What? The when we got to the condo it was hot because the cleaning crew left the oven on to self clean. Needs updates, furniture old, half the lights don’t work, bed was comfortable, but a serious lack of lighting in master bedroom. One small ceiling light. Only 2 elevators for who unit and they are slow, packed with people and smell. Overall decent place but not worth the price paid.

Family Vacation

Overall, the condo was the perfect size for our family. It has a great view of the beach and near the pier and Pier Park. Communication with the owner was great. The second full bathroom with a tub was great to have for the kids. Washer and dryer in room was great too. The cons: concern of safety on the top bunk since the rail is not secured to any fasteners; master shower leaks water threw the door cause the mat to be soaked. The following comments are not the owners fault, but do want to call them out. The $43 parking fee ($40 when I booked) seems a little excessive, but maybe that is the going rate for similar communities. The building has only two elevators, so be prepared to wait, especially at peak weekend hours. A gentleman in a wheelchair told me it took him 45 min to find room an in elevator for him and his family on a Friday night.

Family fun in the summer beach Brezhnev

Very clean, very efficient. Needs a breakfast table to accommodate family with children. Hall bathroom tub has a super slow drainage. Ice bracket on fridge door was broken Light was out in the utility room Toaster was not working Even though these are things that need attention, it did not take away the charm and overall comfort of the property! Thank you, Jamie for sharing this wonderful beach property!

Anniversary trip

The condo was clean and in a great location. Jamie was very prompt with her response time on a couple questions I had and everything was well stocked and we had a wonderful stay. The only recommendation we have is that the mattress is in need of an update. Other than that, great condo!

Great property

Petfection!

The condo was perfect. Our family had an excellent time. It is conveniently located within walking distance to many local restaurants. It was quiet and the view from the ample balcony was stunning. The large heated pool and hot tub provided perfect ends to perfect days.

Very clean when we arrived, walking distance to pier park! Can’t beat the price for the location!! Beach wasn’t overly crowded and the amenities of the condo were great! Owner was very responsive to texts and helpful!
