Our carriage home is located less than .25 miles from the beach and .20 miles from all of the Rosemary restaurants and boutiques. Walk out our driveway and make a left. You can see the gulf! Our beach access is on our street! There is so much to do without ever getting in your car: dining, shops, coffee houses, spas, tennis, and bike paths
Welcome to Our Carriage House named Emerald Court! Emerald Court is nestled above a single car garage. The private quarters are well appointed with a living room, a Queen sofa sleeper, 2 TVS, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, and bathroom.
The Living Room features include a sofa which converts into a queen sofa bed, coffee table, ceiling fan, TV, & TV console that folds out into a table and with 2 dining chairs for your use. The kitchenette which is in the living room has a mini frig, sink, microwave, keurig, blender, George Foreman Grill, electric griddle pan, dinnerware/silverware, pots/pans etc. Does NOT have a dishwasher!
The bedroom is well appointed with a closet and dresser drawers under the TV console (does not have a door. It is all one space) and separate full bath which has a private door.
Our Carriage House includes all the amenities one desires:
-2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and a pack n play
-Living Room and Bedroom TV with HULU for cable, NETFLIX, and DISNEY PLUS.
-high speed wifi internet
-2 beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and coffee to help make your packing load lighter
-we have parking for 1 car with the Carriage House rental

You also have the option to rent the main house together with this Carriage House or just the main house. If you go to my profile you should be able to see all my listings!
*It is possible that during your stay you will be sharing the lot that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party that have rented the main house which you can find the listing to it on my profile. You will have no access to the courtyard or private pool with this listing. The private pool is for main house guests only or guests that rent both the main and carriage house together*
**Located steps outside the Rosemary Beach community there is NO access to Rosemary Beach community pools or beach walkovers. Our beach access is located directly on our street and is public requiring no codes.**
