Beautiful Apartment Located Downtown Dells!

Located in the heart of downtown Wisconsin Dells, Sunset @ DooHickey's is a beautiful apartment that will cover all of your needs while visiting the water park capital of the world! It's located within walking distance of restaurants, gift shops, entertainment, and the Wisconsin River. The apartment is brand new and filled with everything you could possibly need for your stay!

Bedrooms
Sunset has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can very comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a nice king-sized bed, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bunk bed, a nice closet, and is right next to the other bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a bath, making it perfect for families with little ones.

Kitchen
The living space is perfect to relax in after a long day of adventure in the Dells! There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in the open concept area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make a delicious meal.

Living Room
The living room has a sectional couch and a recliner where your group is able to spread out. The TV is connected with cable and you can log into any of your streaming services. There is a Blu-ray player and a good selection of movies, but feel free to bring some of your favorites! Board games, cards, and books are on the TV center. Do not forget to play the arcade game that will take you down memory lane, with classics such as PacMan and Donkey Kong!

Laundry Room
The laundry room is accessible in the apartment. Equipped with front load washer and dryer with a utility sink in the room. We do not supply laundry detergent, so please remember to bring your own!

Patio
Our patio is located at the top of the stairs when you first enter the building. We have 2 tables where you can hang out enjoy the beautiful weather. The patio is shared with our other apartment, but do not worry the space is definitely big enough! Parking There is one stall available onsite and it is also covered. Vehicle information will be requested for parking onsite. Any additional cars will need to find parking elsewhere. There are a handful of city parking lots located with close proximity.

We had a relaxing stay for five women with a well appointed apartment, providing all of our needs in an extremely perfect location. All of the essentials along with a Keurig and standard coffee pot was provided, which was very helpful for morning wake up. Our only frustration was the parking which was more of a Wisconsin Dells issue with lack of transparency on parking regulations and availability.

Location is amazing if you like being in the middle of the action. Ten or so bars and restaurants within walking distance. Large open concept living space with tall ceiling overlooking the main road. We loved our stay. A bit noisy due to music from bars and traffic, but no issues for our family.

Great place! Initially was hard to find but after we did there was ample parking nearby for everyone. It’s a great location and we loved being able to walk everywhere we needed to!

A fun spot for College Friend's Reunion

We were a group of 4 forty-something college friends that get together every other year (though some day we might be able to make it every year). The property was one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. The fit and finish of everything was on-point. Because we were four adults; I took one for the team and we moved the top bunk to the living room at night to accommodate all of us comfortably. The kitchen and the in-unit laundry would definitely make this a family friendly option as well (I have two daughters 6 & 9 so I can vouch) though you might have some trouble prying them away from the old-school arcade machine! The deck is great for hanging out in the evenings (be aware no smoking on the porch if that's your thing) we found it a little too warm during the day (our stay was in July). The parking spot will fit a truck if needed but if you have one or more vehicles, you'll need to move walk a little to find non-metered parking. We just ate the cost and plugged the meter virtually via the parking app. I'm originally from the area so I was happy to share my local knowledge with my friends. First night we hit up Ishanla Supper Club for the best Old Fashions in WI at cantilevered bar that just out towards Mirror Lake, the Stakes and surf and turf and spent some time on the beach listing to the vintage music playing on the speakers throughout the property. Truly a hidden gem. I'd tell you more but I'm out of characte. A good spot to create your own stories!

Very Nice in Downtown Wisconsin Dells!

Loved our time at this very spacious apartment. For two couples and a toddler, this had every amenity we needed and the location was perfect for walking around Wisconsin Dells. The apartment has a covered, dedicated parking spot, which was nice for loading/unloaded in the rain.

My friends and I stayed in this property and enjoyed it. It is a great location downtown and easy to walk to many locations. The place was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy as well. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. We would stay here again.

Great Experience!!

The owners were very prompt with communication and super helpful and super accommodating with our requests! The property is beautiful and very accessible to downtown! Everything was ultra clean and modern. I would consider this a luxury property. Very nice stay and we had a great time!

We were a mother/daughter group of ladies in the Dells for the wine walk, so the location was great! The apartment has been updated, so everything was nice. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to book this again.

Beautiful, spotless, perfect!

We loved this apartment! It’s new, super clean, beautifully appointed! There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment so keep that in mind relative to luggage and mobility of guests in your party. But it’s worth it!

Great place and location

We stayed here with 4 adults for two nights over the new year. We enjoyed the open space of the unit to play games, fully stocked kitchen, and walkable location. Host was easy to contact and communicate with. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and a great location.

Great place to stay. Very clean and updated. Pictures are a true representation. Location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. There is one parking spot but we did confirm with the police you can park overnight in the lots if you have paid for daily parking even though they say no parking.

Fourth of July in the Dells

We stayed in the Sunset unit. Everything was fantastic. Very nice finishes, clean, and comfortable. Location over the main strip of downtown Dells couldn't be beat. Walking distance to everything. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Downtown Wisconsin Dells Stay

Our stay was very relaxing! The apartment was as cute as it was shown in the listing and it was in perfect walking distance from all of the down town shops. The property Manger was quick at responding to any questions we had prior to our stay!
