The Space:

The home is about 20 minutes from Nashville's International Airport. The home is a quick Uber/Lyft to all the Honky Tonks and other hotspots downtown, so you can immerse yourself in the culture of Music City. This 3-story property has everything you and your guests need for a spectacular trip to Music City.

The hot tub was nice and warm, sometimes it took a bit to get the jets to turn on but it did work. It would be nice if the bedroom with the small belconey could use a curtain on it. I think the showers could have been a little hotter. The kitchen was nice and had what we needed. Love that you had the info for the shuttle we used it all the time. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely stay again. Thank you for helping make my daughters 21st birthday special.

Great accommodations for large group. Four flights of stairs so bring you sneaker. Surprised we didn’t have shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms but plenty of bathrooms for a large group of women. Would stay again.

Great place

Place was great plenty of room for 9 of us. Lots of bathroom and sleeping space. Cool outdoor views and 9 uber ride to broadway. Just was responsive and we hand no issues. It is a little tricky to find this particular unit with all in the units there but nothing crazy. I’d stay here again as it was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve used.

Host was very accommodating and always responded quickly.Condo is roughly a 10-12 minute lyft ride to downtown Nashville, very convenient.

Terrible Communication / Dirty Hot Tub

We had problems with the “Host” communicating, they double charged us for the second payment over 10000 and we were sending messages to “Host” with no response. Finally after weeks and calling VRBO we were able to get the second charge refunded. The unit itself was not very clean, floors were dirty and the hot tub was filthy ! We had to buy batteries for the remote. Only one bedroom with a tv and did not mention to get to the that main floor and bedrooms you must go up three flight of stairs they locked the elevator. Not really good carrying luggage and items up all these stairs! Garbage cans outside were already overflowing and trash was everywhere . We had 11 people and this unit slept 12 and it was not even furnished with enough towels and wash cloths for 11. Do not recommend poor communication from the Host and the unit was dirty. These units look like modern day projects! We paid over 2100 to stay 2 nights in the projects!!! I am shocked that there are not many bad reviews, people are not being honest.

Great for large groups.

This property is highly recommended. Getting around town was easy with uber/lyft.This large property works great for large groups, we had a wonderful time. The only issue we found was lack of pans for cooking.

Leas than ideal

The property is in a transitional area. The actual property is newer but surrounding area very rough. When we arrived we had no clean towels, we couldn’t cook due to lack of silverware and pots/pans, the tv remotes didn’t work therefore we couldn’t use any of the TV’s, and there was minimal bathroom suppliesThe rooftop was nice with a good view of the City. The hot tub was a nice addition to the property. The property manger did respond in a timely manner when informed about the many issues we had.

Full load of towels were left in the washer when we arrived. Were not washed, approximately 20 towels. Way too many stairs and no elevator access. Other than that a great place to stay! Thanks so much

Large, well built

It was very spacious and a great atmosphere. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy, but I never felt unsafe. Seems like the complex is surrounded by a less than desirable area. But I ran into zero issues. The price was definitely right and it was close to downtown. The shuttle bus that was there. Got us downtown in 10 minutes for five dollars a person.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property with adult and kids. The property was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and rooftop patio very much. The owner was responsive and we all had a great time!

Plenty of Room

Impressive, plenty of room, can accommodate up to 20 people. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. There is a 1/2 bath on main level. You have to take stairs to each level. It is a new place and wasn't quite furnished for company. There weren't blow-dryers, kitchen dishcloths or kitchen towels. There were not condiments but there is a grocery store, and liqueur store nearby. Bring your party and enjoy the beautiful hot tub for 4 and a patio area and kitchenette all on the roof top!
