In March 2023, this townhouse got a beautiful makeover. The inside now has new living room furniture, including a comfy sleeper sofa. It's been painted fresh and decorated nicely. To make your stay more fun, new TVs have been added in the living room and each bedroom.

The townhouse has a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and a big 65-inch TV, a handy half bathroom, an open kitchen with shiny stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with a fancy table and eight chairs.

Upstairs, there's a main bedroom with a big king-size bed and a private bathroom. Another bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom upstairs is between the twin and main bedrooms, with a shower,  toilet, and vanity.

Outside, on the patio, there are two comfy loungers, a nice dining set, and a relaxing brand new hot tub (February 2025). You can use and heat the hot tub during your stay. The patio has a peaceful view of nature and is private, making it a calm retreat.

The townhouse is in a central location, making it easy to get to Disney, just 4.5 miles away, using different backroads. Right nearby, you'll find the famous US192, known for lots of dining places, shops, and fun attractions.

Also, the property is in the lovely Encantada resort. There, you can enjoy many swimming pools, a refreshing in-ground spa, a quick snack counter, a fully equipped gym, a scenic walking trail, and a pretty resort lake.܏
