Great cabin, poor housekeeping.

Upon arrival (late night as we had a later flight) the pull out sofa had crumbs and dirt from prior guests. The hot tub was dirty, slimy and smelled gross. It was cold and the breaker was tripped when we got there. There were mouse droppings in the house, all around the trash bin. There was trash left behind from prior guests. The shower curtain has a thick, gross residue all over it. The cabin itself is great. Our stay would have been great overall had housekeeping put in a little more effort.

Fantastic Cabin!

Me and my husband took our 5 boys here for spring break, during our stay, there was an awful storm and we lost power from about 3am til 1pm the next day, the owner responded promptly all during our stay and reassured the issue was brought to the electric companys attention and within the hour they were up there working on fixing the pole that had been damaged from the storm! The game room was an absolute GODSEND with the power being out and even when it came back on, we had a blast having our own little tournaments out there. The wind did not allow for us to take advantage of the beautiful fire pit but we loved the cabin and the beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked as far as dishes, pans, and even some basic cooking spices and things! Will definitely be back in the future if its available! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Tennessee Mountain Get-A-Way Delight

This is a great property for a family get away. Property manager is very thoughtful and checked in during our stay. The teenagers love the game room! Would definitely recommend.

Spring break

Overall house was good. Only issue was I didn’t receive the check out instructions until after 10 pm night before we left so I missed them. Other than that house was exactly what I expected and had lots to do. Would definitely recommend to friends.
