Pet friendly! Newly remodeled private home with stylish decor and comfortable furnishings. Pics are exactly what you get! Extremely clean and practicing extra efforts and precautions when disinfecting between stays. Queen sized bed in two bedrooms and full sized bed in the third bedroom. There is a bathtub with shower head in shared hall bathroom and a walk-in shower in the private bathroom attached to one queen bedroom. Many items in the home were from our prior home in Scotland, and/or travels around the world. Some items even made by family members in the United Kingdom. A few little pieces of the wider world brought back to Raleigh. Brand new appliances and open living space that makes this home absolutely perfect for your group's next pad when traveling into the city of Oaks! We have an exterior security camera that faces the front door entrance and front yard.

Our neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to the nearby Whole Foods grocery store and other close restaurants/shops. The home is off a popular road, so there is potential for road noise here and there. The convenience of this location is amazing!! Shopping mall, NC State and Meredith Campuses, PNC Arena, NC Museum of Art, retail stores, restaurants, breweries and I-40 are all within a 5 minute drive from our home. Downtown Raleigh and RDU are just a quick 10 min Uber ride away.

Security Deposit: All reservations made through VRBO will incur a $250 hold on their card on file the day before check-out. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released 7 days after the initial hold is made. For all Airbnb reservations all damages will be rectified through the Airbnb resolution center.

Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation.
No Parties - $500 fine.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine.
Check-out is at 11am ET and Check-In is at 4pm ET. $50 late checkout and $50 early check-in fee if available, non-negotiable before 1pm. After 1pm, guests will pay that night's base rate due to inability for future guests to book the same day.





Pets are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that they are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations.
Max number of people on property - 6 people.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM.
• No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
• Lock home and windows when leaving.
• Trash and Recycling are at the front side of the house. Pickup is early Thursday morning. Please put trash in containers Wednesday evening.
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
