¡Bienvenido a Gulf Shores Plantation, el complejo perfecto para toda la familia! Aquí encontrarás tu propio pequeño paraíso. Hay una caseta de guardia en la entrada donde obtendrá sus pases de estacionamiento y cualquier otra información sobre el complejo. Este complejo privado cuenta con canchas de tenis, voleibol, putting green, canchas de baloncesto, tejo, piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, varias áreas de parrilla y una cafetería que ofrece café Starbucks. Disfrutarás de playas privadas, blancas como el azúcar, dunas de arena naturales y hermosos paisajes. ¡Hay actividades disponibles para todas las edades y perfectas para escapadas familiares! El club de golf Kiva Dunes y el impresionante restaurante Kiva Dunes están al lado, a poca distancia a pie. Además, ¡estás a solo 15 minutos en auto de todas las grandes atracciones que Gulf Shores tiene para ofrecer!

El condominio tiene espacio para toda la familia! Hay una cama queen size en el Master, y una cama queen en la habitación de invitados. Este condominio tiene excelentes vistas del golfo desde la cubierta de entrada, así como desde el balcón. El comedor tiene capacidad para tres. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia.

Cualquier reserva realizada antes del 1 de octubre para la temporada de invierno (enero y febrero) requiere un mínimo de 60 días (dos meses). Las reservas que no cumplan con este criterio están sujetas a cancelación por parte de la gerencia. Great Place in Gulf Shores!

Wow, great place, great location. clean with every detail well thought out. Perfect for a couple or small family. We have rented a good number of beach access places, but none have come close to the beach chairs, toys, and other offerings of this property.

Perfect location on the beach. Perfect size for our family of five. They had chairs and tents and beach toys to use. We would definitely come back. Great for a family with kids!!!I was a little concerned about staying in a condo facility. This was our first experience doing that. It was so easy and smooth. It was definitely big enough for our family of five with a few teenagers. For us, this was an expensive trip. We felt like it was totally worth it. Made for a great vacation!

Golf trip

We had a great stay here, it’s the same entrance to Kiva Dunes and 5 minutes from Penninsula. Short drive (15-20 mins) from the main drag. Condo was perfect, clean and had everything we neeeded and was on the beach so literally 2 mins and you’re on the beach.

Home away from home

Condo was super nice, walked in it felt like home. Everything you need ( except food) lol. Beds ... awesome, most condos we've rented beds were not comfortable and furniture was very uncomfortable but here you could snuggle up and sleep good. Definitely would rent again. Easy access to pool too. If you want comfort of being at home at the beach , this is the perfect condo .

Great place

This is a great condo. We loved the bunk beds and extra bed in the second bedroom. Nice furniture in the living area. I would have liked the listing to be more on which building the condo was located at. There were also some dirty towels in our bathroom which is why I took one star away. We would definitely book this room again in the future.

Great Stay

The condo was new inside and very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was well stocked and a great location. Tv's worked great. The pool and beach boardwalk were really close to the condo which was convenient. The property is gated for security. I liked being able to get to my car easily. No long parking lot walks. There's a Dollar General and restaurants just down the road. I would stay here again. Enjoyed the stay.

Family vacation

Amazing place to stay. Great view of the ocean and lots of little extras for the beach. Clean and simple and out of the way from the busy tourist locations. Only thing to note is that the only shopping option is a Dollar General about 5 miles away and they are constantly running out of items due to how busy they are so you will want to prepare and pack as much stuff that you need as possible. Would have been nice to have a small vending machine with small options of laundry, dishwashing detergent and toiletries available for purchase. Restaurant next door had great food and everyone was extremely friendly.

Condo 1306

This was my 3rd time staying at this property. 1306 was THE best condo we stayed in hands down. The pictures doesn't do it justice and all the extras for guests to use was amazing. Anything and everything you would need for the beach they had. Wagon, umbrella, chairs for the whole family, tent, buckets and shovels. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. There is nothing bad to say about this condo and I will be staying here again!!

We ♡ Plantation!

We had a great visit! The place was clean though this one looks like its in the process of being updated. Aside of furniture that is too bulky for the space and a shower that is intended for kids only- (I had to do a backbend to wash my hair. . . And I'm 5'9) - we enjoyed the property and the stay!

Nice family spot

Nice spot for families or those that wish to be out of the hustle of the main strip of Gulf Shores. Short walk to the beach, nice boardwalk, beautiful area of the beach to access, and nice pool. I should have read before booking, but rental did not have a washer/dryer in the unit. It was a tight fit for six adults, so would be more comfortable for four and children. Also know that it's a good 15-20 minute drive to the center of Gulf Shores from the rental. The rental was clean, cutely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

Relaxing and low traffic

The condo was good. The owner had beach chairs in our condo we could use and not pay for the beach service. They also had a wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, and cooler so if you are limited on space you can leave those items at home! There are multiple pools to use which was nice. My husband and I loved the 21 over and pool which is closest to our condo! No whining kids or crying children when ours were inside playing games. The beach was great and not crowded.

Gulf Shores vacation

Have stayed at this resort previously but not in this unit. This unit was definitely a step up for us. Very quiet in this building and the beds were perfect. Very nicely updated and very clean, no sand anywhere. Great views of the beach from the balcony and loved that beach supplies were provided, especially the wagon and chairs. The resort itself is looking a little tired, could use some TLC, pools, exterior walkways, etc. Also a bit of a drive to get into to town, especially on a holiday weekend. Still a wonderful stay, can’t beat the price or this particular unit.

Christmas family get away

We love staying in the plantation. This is our 3rd visit over a 7 year span and we have stayed here every time. This condo was perfect! Cute decor, had all the beach items (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagon even a cooler) . Although it was cold for the beach this time of year we still managed to go a couple times. We loved being able to utilize the indoor pool/hot tub area. We rented some movies and spent most of our time at the condo relaxing. We slept in, stayed up late, played cards etc. Walmart is about 20 ish minutes away so we grocery shopped and ate in for most of our meals. The condo had everything we needed to cook. Very impressed with all that the condo had to offer as far as extra blankets, pillows, games, etc. it definitely felt cozy and at home. We plan to return when the weather is warmer. Some of our favorite restaurants were Flora-Bama, The hangout, and The Ruby Slipper ! We had 3 kids with us ages 4,8 & 16 and everyone enjoyed their time! Beautiful view of the ocean, laundry facility a few doors down, private beach.

Cute place, great location!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! Photos are accurate. The beaches are beautiful. Staying in Fort Morgan, you are away from the busyness of Golf Shores. We always go to town once for groceries and some shopping and then pretty much stay at the resort. The condo has everything we needed to cook and eat most of our meals there. Appreciated all the beach extras (wagon, toys, chairs, etc). The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the day of check in, our room was not ready at 3pm check in. Once we had already arrived from a 15 hour drive, we were sent a message saying check in wouldn’t be Until 4-5pm. As much as I can understand that spring break time is busy, that doesn’t matter when you’ve been driving for 15 hours and were told check in was at 3:00. We then had to wait until 7:30 pm for our towels to be dry for our unit. The cleaner washes and dries bedding/towels in the unit (this unit does not have in unit washer/dryer), so they have to be taken elsewhere to wash and dry. Several of the towels (after washing by the cleaners), blankets and pillows have stains on them. I pulled a few of the “extra” blankets and pillows down, and they all had stains on them. They either need to be laundered well or replaced. If those few things were updated, this would for sure be a 5 star rental!

Need to be cleaned!!!!

We stayed in unit 1306 and walked into a beautiful unit that NEEDED CLEANED. We’d just driven 16 hours and did not want to wait for them to come clean it. We were tired hungry and already brought up a bunch of stuff - including frozen food!! Plus we weren’t given check in details on time. Rough start. So we cleaned it ourselves. The only thing they attempted to do to was bring clean sheets (although I’m told those were all cleaned and they did look like it. Just some stains on the blankets and decorative pillows.) HOWEVER, it took 4 hours to receive them after being told 30-60 minutes AND they were still WET. I guess I could’ve paid to use the dryer and dry them. You know after sweeping, spot mopping and wiping all the surfaces with my own sanitizing wipes. Ha! it’s even more comical as I type that out. Ps, management still hasn’t reach out several weeks later. I called to express my extreme frustration, shock and figure out our options. We were prepared to be put in a unit that was properly cleaned. But we were told that the manager was not there today because it was Sunday…um ok maybe don’t allow people to check in on Sundays then! If you can’t handle issues that pop up on Sundays yall need to SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. no one should be staying in your units on Sunday if you aren’t working that day!!! Anyway, I was told to send photos, I did and was told Jason Sanspree, the manager would handle everything Monday. Which he never did.
Every corner had dirt and hair and behind the doors. Just all over.
Dirty fingerprints on the side of the sheets.
The dresser drawers were dirty.
All the bedding was stained.

This is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have. We sincerely apologize that the unit was not cleaned to the high standard you—and we—expect. It is unacceptable that you had to clean the space yourself and wait several hours for clean linens, only to receive items that were still damp. We understand how frustrating and exhausting that must have been, and we regret that our response did not meet your needs promptly, especially on a Sunday. Regarding communication, we are very sorry you did not receive the check-in details on time and that follow-up from management was delayed. We agree that guest support should be available every day, and we are actively reviewing our staffing and procedures to improve availability and responsiveness, including on weekends. Your feedback has been shared with our management team to ensure we address these issues immediately and prevent similar situations in the future. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to improve.
