Hot tub, Fire Pit - Serene Victorian Home Steps From Restaurants and Shops

This warm and comfortable Victorian is the home of famous street artist Kelsey Montague and her sister (who rent it when they're traveling). It is steps from some of Denver's best restaurants, bars and walks!

The space
You'll be sleeping in:

✔ Bedroom 1 (Main floor) : Queen Bed
✔ Bedroom 2 (Primary Upstairs): King Bed
✔ Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): 2 Full (Bunk) Beds
✔ Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed

This home is 127 years old. Each room has high ceilings, original wood floors and original tile ceiling (in the kitchen). We've tried to maintain the integrity of this Victorian Queen. It's a warm, cozy, antique of a home that we love. The rooms have been professionally designed and Kelsey (owner) has done multiple murals throughout!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house minus a few locked closets and half of the basement (where we keep our personal items).

The main floor features an entry way, a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room and kitchen. The speakeasy off of the kitchen contains the refrigerator and a sitting space. On the second floor guests will have access to three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Guests will have access to the backyard which includes the hot tub and fire pit. The garage has been transformed into a play area and gym.

We have a property manager who will be on call during your stay should any issues arise.
