The back-half of our craftsman bungalow was converted into a second unit sometime in the late 1970’s. Fans of that era will appreciate the vintage touches, like the kitchen and shower yet also have the modern comforts of new furnishings and comfortable memory foam mattress. Need more space? The queen-sized sofa bed can open up to sleep two more. This one bedroom craftsman apartment is a charming retreat. A mix of old and new, this apartment has both vintage flair and modern comforts. The place is fully stocked and comes with a beautiful shared yard space that includes a propane fire pit.

***Details to note when booking... On street parking only and it is NOT subject to a time limit. VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage. Cancellations will be charged the VRBO service fee.
