This cozy 2,912 sqft house offers all the warmth and 20 acres of privacy you could ask for! The house is perfect for large family getaways, families visiting for weddings, holidays, reunions, hunting/fishing trips, etc. Four miles from downtown Paris, gas stations, grocery store, Churches, restaurants and more. Eight miles from Mark Twain Lake South Fork boat ramp. Brochures and maps are available at the house.
• Five bedrooms/sleeping areas (king bed in master bedroom, 1- queen bed and 1- double bed located on the main level. One bedroom with a double bed and another sleeping area with a queen and twin bed located downstairs.
• Three full bathrooms
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and comes equipped with a remodeled master bath with a custom tile shower and jetted tub.
• One family room upstairs with two additional family rooms in the downstairs.
• The basement has a play area for newborns-toddlers with a pack & play crib, baby swing, highchair, toys and much more.
• Kitchen is stocked with several small appliances, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, all the necessary cooking supplies, spices and more.
• DISH TV, Wi-Fi
• Outdoor firepit and grill
• Covered patio with ceiling fans.

This was a fishing/boating vacation for 5 guys, had plenty of room and great accommodations. We enjoyed staying at this property, and would recommend to others.

Paradise in a Green Pasture

Very nice stay in Paris MO. All descriptions and pictures are very accurate. If you have young children they will love the downstairs play room. Beds are good, bathrooms are nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Big bonus is the garage. If you want to get away from the city this is the place.

We had a small family gathering at this property. It was a wonderful week with perfect accommodations. It was close enough so extended family visited and some stayed the night. We enjoyed the pool table, fire pit, and fishing in the pond. We would definitely consider coming again.

Relaxing in beauty

The home is wonderful with plenty of space. The toys and games were awesome for the little ones. The adults and teens enjoyed fishing and the back patio. The open skies were beautiful. Spent a day on the lake and enjoyed the house the next. We loved staying here.

Great Location

We have had several groups of 6 team members attending CDL training in the area that have stayed at the house. After several failed hotels we discovered this wonder home only 6 miles from the training facility. The home is clean and has everything the guys need, including peace and quiet. The group leaders have appreciated the message from the owner and they feel very welcomed.

Look no further

You don't even need to look at any other options, this place is amazing. Six adults one 4 year old and 3!! babies under 7months all stayed comfortably in this home. Well stocked (seriously the kitchen has more stuff in it than my own), a toy room in the basement that was amazing and clean, a pond to fish in, and a beautiful back porch that we enjoyed sitting on and listening to the wild quail. 10/10 would stay again. Oh and the hosts are super nice and accommodating, consistently trying to improve your experience. Seriously just go ahead and book it now.

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed the property. Very nice place & large enough for our crew of 13 (adults, teen and kids). Loved the playground in the back for the kids & how kid friendly it was. Didn't have to bring a high chair or pack and play because they provided them. Has 3 full bathrooms, which was awesome for our large group. Our only suggestions would be fixing the master bedroom bathroom door (it sticks & won't close all the way), maybe oiling the door hinges (the bedroom across the hallway from the master bedroom was really loud. Also the partition sliding door in the basement that leads into the bedroom doesn't work properly.

The property was exactly as described. It had plenty of room for all our family to stay. The added bonus of having things for our grandchildren to play with was really helpful.
