Entire cottage, walk to/from ferry & downtown, newly renovated, parking on site

LOCATION! Super cute, freshly renovated & professionally decorated 2+ bedroom Vineyard cottage w/ parking, just 2 blocks from downtown & all the action! Shops, restaurants, supermarket, harbor beaches & the main island ferry terminal are all literally just down the road. There are also powerboat rentals next door as Safe Harbor Marina. The cottage has 2 small bedrooms w/ queen beds & flat screen smart TVs. The living room has a media wall w/ a large TV & electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, blender, plates, silverware, pots & pans, and anything else you may need to cook meals at home should you decide to do so. There is another room upstairs w/ a workspace, small reading area & daybed for a guest. All rooms have brand new mini-splits for ice cold air conditioning. There is on-premise parking for 2 cars.

The host was so friendly and helpful when we had questions about the HVAC. Mike was so informative about the area and restaurants and activities too. We loved every moment of our time here, it’s our family’s favorite island for sure. We were able to walk into town and to restaurants so easily. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Lovely cottage , spotlessly clean and newly renovated . There was off street parking and a lovely little patio out back as well as an outside shower with amazing water pressure. This home is just a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants, shops and ferry in Town .The owner had great communication skills and was very accommodating! I would definitely recommend staying at this property .

Awesome week in Martha’s Vineyard

Great vacation staying in Vineyard Haven. This was our first time to the island and we could not have selected a better place to stay. The house was clean and updated and within a short walk to the ferry and restaurants and shops of Vineyard Haven. There were four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler, and an outdoor shower to make cleaning off sand a breeze. The landlord was very responsive and provided recommendations for transportation, restaurants, and activities to do. He checked in a couple times during the week to make sure the everything was ok and see if we needed anything. This was a perfect spot for our family of four. I would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is adorable, sparkling clean, and the cute backyard was a fantastic bonus. The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Martha’s Vineyard

We stayed in Vineyard Haven for 5 nights. This house was a perfect spot for us. Had everything we needed and a nice easy stroll to the ferry and bus. The bed was amazing- haven’t slept that well in 20 years. Cool back patio. Super quiet. If ever back there would definitely stay again.

Adorable Cottage in Vineyard Haven

We loved our stay here! Our kids loved the upstairs rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals at the cottage. There is an outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer. Mike was a wonderful host, checked in on us, he was helpful and so quick to respond to messages. The cottage is a short walk to Vineyard Haven. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights in May and found the house to be well-equipped, clean, and perfect for our needs. The TV had a problem but Mike was very responsive and addressed it immediately. Great location, close to everything.

Great location!

Warm and inviting property. Everything was perfect, from the solar lights on the patio to the fireplace in the living area. We enjoyed a walk to dinner. Walked to Carboat for coffee in the morning. Fun visit to Martha’s Vineyard and a pleasant stay in this house !

Work stay

We rented the house for work. We had a project that was in the location so it was more convenient to stay in Tisbury for the duration of the project. The area was so convenient and the house was great! The owner is very responsive and took the time to check in to make sure everything was going fine. We will definitely be back.

Perfect family vacation spot!

We had a great vacation. House was just as advertised… great location, updated, super cute! And perfect for me and my hubby and our two boys (12 & 15). Host was great and super helpful! Easy walk to key locations in Vineyard Haven… we had a rental car but also utilized Uber easily. LOVED the little patio out back… Spent a little time out there every evening. All in it was a great stay!

Fantastic experience

The cottage was perfect, wonderfully located, a quick and easy walk to the downtown area in Vineyard Haven. Many thoughtful touches inside, off street parking, outdoor shower and more. Mike, the host, established communication quickly and stayed in touch throughout our visit…helpful and friendly. Would absolutely rent this property again, and highly recommend it.

Impeccable cottage in a great location

Absolutely LOVED staying here! I give it over 10 stars! Prior to arriving, our host filled us in about ferry schedule and recommendations in the area. Arrived at the cottage which was walking distance from the ferry to find a CLEAN, quaint home. Beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials. Perfect massaging shower. My husband and two kids (3 & 6 yrs old) really enjoyed it there and want to visit again. We went for Mother’s Day weekend. We rented a car (Budget rental nearby) and explored all of Martha’s Vineyard. Everything is close in case you want to just Uber instead.There’s a Stop & Shop down the road if you want groceries. Again the host was extremely helpful, answering all our questions. Love his decor style. I want to go back! Perfect little getaway.
