Precioso apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con aire acondicionado. Recién remodelado y prístino! Una cubierta muy grande para relajarse, cocinar a la parrilla, leer un libro y disfrutar de la brisa! La propiedad tiene acceso a pistas de tenis, un estanque de agua dulce y un muelle de agua salada en el estanque Sengekontacket ("Sengy"). ¡Nadar está permitido! Entorno privado cerca del campo de golf Farm Neck, sendero para bicicletas y el centro de las 3 ciudades costeras de Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs y Edgartown.

They condo was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, and so wonderfully decorated. The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of places to walk. The hosts were lovely, and very responsive and helpful. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It was central to everywhere, and perfect for friends, families and couples. Thank you so much Gregg and Jonanne!

family vacation

This is my family’s second time staying at this property. It is perfect for needs. We were able to spread out and have our own space. My extended family was a short walk away. The location is perfect to get around the island.

Enjoyable condo

We had a wonderful stay. Location was great, easy to get around the island . Our only two complaints were bedding could have been fresher and the ac unit for the first floor did not cool as well as the upstairs. Still, I would highly recommend this rental.Thank you!

Perfectly quiet and close to everything by car

We couldn’t have picked a better location for myself and my husband and my in-laws to travel around Martha’s Vineyard. We were close to all the villages by car and also other wonderful locations like the Arboretum and the alpaca farm. The condo was perfectly sized for us, although I wouldn’t want it to be any smaller. It did have a wonderful deck that had delightful sun, a grill, and also an umbrella to protect us from the afternoon sun. There are very small stairs going up to the two bedrooms, so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who has difficulty walking up stairs. There was plenty of kitchen where to cook with a limited amount of spices and salt and pepper, including olive oil oil. We had great communication with the host Greg. We did have to pay a 59 nonrefundable insurance fee, which, had I looked closer, We could have waived if we wanted to put down it deposit. But that wasn’t that clear on VRBO. The tennis courts were in fantastic shape and right across from a beautiful pond. Parking was tight with a large SUV, but doable. I would stay there again.

Very special girl’s weekend

This was the perfect place to stay for our special girl’s weekend to celebrate the life of our dear friend. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order.

Enjoyed our stay but received insurance claim for unused items?

We enjoyed our stay and the property was as described. Not in new condition but certainly a comfortable stay. Very responsive communication also. However, we received notice of an insurance claim for property damage and the items listed were never used nor touched by us. We had purchased the property damage insurance and this feels like a way to get maintenance problems covered through the insurance we purchased. The items claimed were wine glasses (we do not drink alcohol), stove knobs (we never even touched the stove let alone cook), and mini blinds (there were signs in multiple places about broken blinds so we did not manipulate them). We are rental property owners ourselves and treat all stays as if it’s our own home. Very disheartening to see this behavior and will contact the insurance carrier even though it’s only an $80 claim.

Comfortable, Cozy and Peaceful

The location of the property is within a community that has a gorgeous lake and access to a salt water pond. It is peaceful, clean and green. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed for our almost 3-week stay. The best part about our stay? Gregg responded to all of my inquiries within minutes and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Lovely experience

I stayed with my partner and 2 friends over the 4th of July it was absolutely lovely! Everything was super comfortable and the directions for check-in and the amenities was really comprehensive and simple. Gregg and Joanne are lovely hosts that are the perfect amount of communicative. The unit was even more spacious than the photos, so it was perfect for 4 adults. It'd be great for a small family as well with kids. We didn't end up bringing a car this time to the island because it was such a short trip, but between taxis, ubers, and other friends on the island we had no issue getting around. If you're not coming on a busy weekend/don't know others on the island I'd suggest renting a car since it's in an area you can't easily walk - but it's a short drive to the busier areas in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven. We'll be back for sure!

A few problems

The code to open the unit is very touchy. Took many try’s to get in - every time. Never could get the TV to work. But the unit was very nice and in perfect condition. I was not there for any extended time so I did not reach out for help with my issues.

Hidden Gem

We had the most amazing time at this property. Gregg & Joanne we’re extremely accommodating, especially since we were traveling with a newborn. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as things we didn’t even realize we needed. The location was great, and parking was super easy and convenient. There were detailed instructions for the TV, lights, air conditioning, etc., which was very helpful! We will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Martha’s Vineyard again.

Residence as advertised, good location just a short ride to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven and just about a mile from Farm Neck if you’re looking to golf. We had one issue with the code operated door one evening and the owner answered my call and corrected the issue within minutes before the call ended, excellent service.

Perfection.

This was our first stay on Martha's Vineyard, and our first time using vrbo, and we were thrilled with both. The condo was exactly as described, very comfortable, cute, clean, and easily big enough for our family of three, but 4 would be just fine as well. We took advantage of the grill (which had plenty of propane), the kitchen (which had all the utensils, pots, pans, and anything else needed), and laundry. The hosts provide beach towels and a few chairs for beach trips which we used everyday, and the beaches were about a 10 minute drive away - super easy and calm this time of year. The beds were comfy, temp was easy to control, and no noisy neighbors.... we couldn't of been happier. The host responded immediately to any inquiries and was super helpful with suggestions and ideas. We were also pleasantly surprised by the small touches that helped so much - paper towels ready to go in the kitchen, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, cleaning items - it made being there easy from the moment we stepped inside - I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and accommodations, with exception of smell. The stench of mildew/mold was overwhelming and therefore everything including our belongings reeked from it even after departure.
