LAKE FRONT CONDO W/ MAIN CHANNEL VIEW
Located at the one-mile marker at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, this newly remodeled 3br/2ba top floor unit has easy access to fishing docks, two heated pools, and other amenities. Just a short 5 minute drive from the Bagnell Dam Strip and Hwy 54, 10 minutes from the famous Osage National Golf Course, and less than 15 minutes to tons of other family friendly or shopping destinations, there's a never-ending list of things to do. Boat slip available for an additional $30/night with boat trailer parking available at the complex and a public boat launch less than a mile away. Spacious Master BR faces the Lake, featuring a King bed with lakefront deck access and ensuite. BR 2 features a Queen bed with private access to the 2nd bathroom. BR 3 features a twin over full bunk bed. All bedrooms contain TVs with cable and streaming capabilities. The large family room with a flat screen TV adjoins a spacious dining room with a large table for gathering. The kitchen includes additional bar seating and is stocked with coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, and all other cooking essentials. The lakefront, screened-in deck, sure to be your favorite hangout during your stay, comes equipped with a mini fridge, an additional television, and a gas grill located right outside. Whether its watching the beautiful sunset over the Main Channel, boat-watching throughout the day, or catching your favorite sports team while keeping an eye on the grill, the screened-in deck has it ALL! Condo requires 2 night minimum stay (additional conditions may apply on holidays) and $150.00 cleaning fee (included in fees charged with reservation).

Great getaway for the family, very clean, gorgeous views of the lake. Enjoyed the pool. Condo is located close to the bagnell dam. Host has set up everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Quick response from host whenever needed. Would love to come back!

What a lovely condo that was perfect for our group of 5! We actually had 7 for one night and it worked fine. It’s beautifully appointed, gorgeous view and the screened in porch made it perfect for enjoying any time of day outside. The big pool lakeside was wonderful as well. This was a great home base and everything we wanted to do/see in the area was within a 30 minute drive. We did also make the trip down to Springfield to see the Bass Pro mother ship - that’s worth the trip (see the aquarium!) and was less than 2 hours each way. Just one note - this is a 4th floor walk up unit so do be prepared for a lot of stairs whether to the condo, pool or just getting around the complex. It will prepare you for some of the amazing hikes in the nearby state parks!

The condo was perfect. The view was amazing. It was so nice not to he bothere by bugs on the balcony as well. The walk to the pool on the water's edge was nice. Great experience and great accommodations.

Getaway to see the Ozarks

Lots and lots of steps made it difficult, especially for accessibility needs. Even to the pools. No closet in master bedroom. Beautiful view on screened porch made the stay worthwhile.

Perfect Main Channel View

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our family. The view was great, the area was safe and quiet. We enjoyed Pickleball a lot. Rob was great to work with and check in/check out was smooth!

Great getaway!

The place was modern, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for cooking/grilling. There were plenty of games, which was nice. The pools were clean, not overly crowded and not a far walk from the condo, but some steps required. The parking spot was close to the unit. The views were amazing! We spent most of our time on the screened in balcony (with a fan!) We would love to come back!

Mom Getaway

Condo was clean and very nicely decorated! Had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend away from the kids. More than enough room for the 5 adults that stayed. Pool is amazing and the complex is really quiet. We will definitely be back next year!

Great condo

Condo was very clean. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. It was equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Can’t say enough about the view on the screened in deck, and with it being 4th of July weekend, we could see fireworks everywhere. The pool was very nice too. The older teens had a good time being able to stay at the pool all evening. Hope to come again! The condo was close to lots of restaurants, bars and things to do with the kids.

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed, was exactly as pictured, and the view from the screened in porch was great. The boat launch was just a few minutes away, and the boat slip and on-site trailer parking made it easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The views from the deck are beautiful and perfect for breakfast and evening game time around the table. The pools are nice, and everyone was friendly. The host was fast to respond and very kind. Just a great experience!

We've stayed here before and it is so worth a return visit! Property is clean and comfortable. View is incredible for both sunrise and sunset. Pool is clean and the temperature of the water was perfect. Plenty of seating by the pool and there's a great view of the lake.

The condo was perfect, host was very responsive, the views from the condo were amazing and the overall complex was great. Would have been nice to have overflow parking as we had 3 cars in our group and only had room to park two vehicles. Would definitely stay there again!

This is the one!

Look no further, this is the stay you want to book. It has a breathtaking view of the main channel at the 2MM so you can see the dam but you’re far enough away to have a quiet, private retreat. The unit itself is very nice and modern and the beds are very comfortable. The screened in porch is perfect for catching a sunrise, sunset, or just to watch the boats drive by. It will be hard for me to book anywhere else now. Oh, and there’s TWO pools. Both with incredible views of the lake. Trust me, you won’t regret booking this getaway.

1st timers

Very nice condo, loved the location. Beds all comfortable. Patio nice size but the fan outdoor was not working, liked that it was a screened in patio. View was great . Only negatives was cleaners need to get under furniture and get all dust bunnies only noticed because we had a little one . Master bathroom needs a towel bar not a boat cleat. Otherwise would recommend.

Updated condo near Bagnall Damn

This condo is as pictured. It has nicely updated furnishings, flooring and bathrooms. It is big and easily holds 6. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The owner was easy to reach if needed. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Fantastic condo!!

This condo is perfect for a family weekend getaway! It is very well appointed, had comfy beds with updated bedding and the overall feel is "lakehouse chic" We brought clothes and swim gear... that's it! The location is perfect for watching boats or for enjoying coffee on the screened deck. We will be back!

Great for Everyone

Whether fishing, swimming, hiking or playing pickleball, the views of the lake were gorgeous. There was something for everyone. Morning coffee on the patio was a definite highlight. Great location to shops and restaurants!! We will be back!!

Worth it!

We love the complex. First time renting this particular condo. Excellent place to stay. Condo very clean, comfortably and stylishly furnished. Spectacular view of the Lake. Complex quiet, no disturbing noises, even on the 4th of July. No problems during our stay.
