This stylish 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo has been completely restored, maintaining the original charm and character of the building, while also offering all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

As you step inside, you'll be transported back in time with beautiful historic details such as exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living room features a sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services.

The bedroom is a true haven of comfort, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with premium linens and a variety of pillows to suit your preferences. You'll love the convenience of the en-suite bathroom, with a newly updated walk-in shower and modern fixtures.

* Since our condo is located directly downtown, there is some noise to be expected! We are equipped with fans and a white noise machine to help with this!

Our host was very responsive and the condo is just so cute. All the extra little touches. Plus two fans, which if you travel much and are used to sleeping with a fan on, makes for a great night of sleep. The bed was so comfortable and the hot shower soothed my body and throat when i started to feel ill. Such a great place to top off our weekend away.

Perfect for our 1 night stay in Paducah. Clean and well equipped. Active area with some weekend late night noise level since it’s located in the restaurant, bar, entertainment area of town.

Wonderful stay. The condo was well equipped to host my husband and I. The condo was very well decorated and beautiful inside. The bedding was very nice with a comfortable bed and spacious room. The kitchen looked well stocked with enough to cooking appliances to be of service. We did not use cooking appliances since we took advantage of the local restaurants that were open. Must try places were Red’s donuts, artisan kitchen, Kirchhoff’s bakery! Frieght House is delicious from what I hear, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay.

Loved this spot in downtown Paducah. Super walkable to restaurants and the river. Spacious place and the windows give you a great view of the area. Would stay again!

Charming Downtown Stay

This cute apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Paducah—an ideal spot for exploring downtown on foot with our young family. The decor was beautiful, and we loved all the thoughtful little details throughout the space. It made our stay feel extra special. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great location for shops. Restaurants and quilt museum. Nice decor. Busy area well into late night so not a quiet stop. Sheets were rough and need upgrading. Cream for coffee was sour. Sometimes the small things are annoying. The description posted was accurate but 27 steep stairs was too much for us.

A true getaway all in one Unit!

I was incredibly thrilled to arrive at such a true getaway space! While I’m on a national tour for show we don’t often have the opportunities to stay in places that feel like home. This place felt like my home and then some! I felt the love and dedication that was put into the unit in every way. I have never been to Paducah and sadly have only ever been told that it’s not the safest place for people of color and women. That was big jarring statement to process, considering the area I was in showed me nothing but kindness. This unit above all felt the safest for me. I was actually really sad to leave because this was the only place out of one other that felt like a balm out of touring for almost a year and half. I too am an interior designer on top of being an actress and Kate knocked this out of the park! So much TLC is all over this unit I hope and pray that she continues to share her love and passion. It’s felt Again, Thank you so much! Have an amazing and flourishing month of May!

Unique Fun Experience

We loved our stay! Such a unique historic property. Very thoughtful touches and everything we needed except a washer and dryer. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the access door from the street sticks and when I struggled to get it open and it finally broke free it knocked me and my coffee cup down. So my cup broke and my coffee was all over me :-/. And Friday night was rowdy outside until about midnight due to there being a bar a couple doors down on the first floor. We would stay again, it’s within walking distance to great food and shopping! And also to my work project!

I am looking for the refund since we didn’t get to stay due to a gas leak in downtown Paducah KY. The owner sent a message that they would refund our money and I need to know ow when it expect it.

Would highly recommend!

This place was so cute and chic, had very cool decorations that were huge talking points for me and my friends. Parking was not a problem at all and had easy access. I felt very safe staying here with all my girls and will definitely book again! The location was perfect for walking downtown at night with added security with two doors to get in. Loved it!

We loved the property, except for the noise level. The cars, motorcycles and people walking around outside was extremely loud. Very clean, stylish and easy to walk to restaurants thought. We wouldn’t recommend if you want a good nights sleep.

Super clean and comfy

This is a fantastic condo, close to everything. Great amenities, spacious shower, great water pressure, washer/dryer & fully equipped kitchen. Having a half bath is a nice bonus! Parking is on street but not a problem, plenty of spaces. Only surprise was the steps; about 25 to go up, but good for the cardio! Communication was fantastic with the property owner also. While I was in town for business, I wish I was there for pleasure and would definitely consider coming back down and staying here for a nice weekend getaway!

The cutest Little Place

The last 2 times I’ve stayed in Paducah, I’ve stayed at this place. It’s adorable ❤️❤️ I love that’s it’s close to everything, restaurants, bars, candle making, boutique shopping. The place its self is gorgeous. Tall celings, big beautiful windows that lets natural light in, and the character of the room…. It’s just a beautiful place. Anytime we have something in Paducah, I’ll make sure to check this place first! I promise, you’ll love it!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend while celebrating our anniversary. The condo is in a great location that allows for walking to many different restaurants and sites. Parking was no problem.The condo is clean, stylish and just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely look at staying here again and can recommend it to others.

What a cute spot in a quiet and peaceful little downtown. The small shops and walkability to them amongst nice dive bars with friendly patrons certainly add to the appeal. What a view from the unit. I loved just sitting on the corner lookin out. I liked it a lot. Fair warning: steep stairs to get to 2nd floor.

Luxury in Paducah

Wonderful apartment overlooking Broadway- spotless, well appointed. Walk to everywhere (Quilt Museum, river, shops). Wonderful restaurants in walking distance (Freight House , Cynthia’s). Very responsive host - suggested a couple of things that would improve the experience and they were done within an hour. There are stairs- but all the places downtown are in renovated buildings with very high ceilings, so you get the benefit of the high ceiling on the second floor but have to climb the stairs to get there. Great pictures on VRBO. Hope to return!
