This beautifully crafted home is filled with custom features right down to the Sugarloaf banquette cushions. Inside you will find no shortage of living space with three levels to choose from; 3 bedrooms, 2 ''living rooms'', 3rd floor bunk room. Relax by the wood burning outdoor fireplace, enjoy bbq's at the outdoor kitchen w/ built in grill, soak in the large saltwater hot tub or toast marshmallows by the fire pit. During the summer months, enjoy nearby tennis courts and some of the best golfing in Maine. When the snow flies, the shuttle will pick you up at your front door and bring you slopeside within minutes. World class hiking, alpine/nordic skiing and mountain biking are all within reach from this centrally located Sugarloaf home.

Hot tub was crystal clear and HOT. The outdoor fire place was great.. the fire wood provided for us was plenty and very dry. Excellent in every way

This house was PERFECT for my friends and I during Reggae Fest! Hot tub and outdoor space was incredible, and the whole house’s layout was perfect. Location was stellar and just steps away from the shuttle route. Hope to stay here again and again!

Great Family Weekend

The house was the perfect location for our family to gather. Grandparents enjoyed sitting on the back patio while the kids took a short hike to West Mountain Falls. Our hosts were very easy to connect with and the home offered everything we needed for the weekend.

Golf Trip

Up at Sugarloaf for annual golf trip. The property was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations in many ways. We couldn't have asked for a better location right next to the course! We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future

Great space and location!

This is a great family lodge. Plenty of space inside and outside. The location is premium……a quick drive to the base. Maya was very nice, helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Check in and check out super easy.

Family Summer Getaway

Our Family Summer Getaway with the boys and their ladies was terrific while staying in Yamaya & Lucas’ retreat. As an architect, the property is top notch. We hiked, we biked, we explored, we relaxed, and simply enjoyed some family time away from the usual craziness. Thank you Yamaya.

Sugarloaf Weekend

Terrific property in a central location on Sugarloaf Mountain. Plenty of space for large groups with a great central living area. Well stocked kitchen with a fabulous outdoor chimney for fires. An exceptionally comfortable master bed with a spacious bathroom. Owner was very responsive.

Beautiful house in peaceful setting

The house was clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful stay with 2 families including 6 children/teens. It easily fit our group of 10. The house is a bit remote but we chose it because some of our group backpacked on the Appalachian trail while we were there. It is a beautiful setting and very quiet and peaceful in the summer. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This house is wonderful for a large family. The back yard is amazing. We had fires outside every night, room to play games. The house is has room to spread out and be comfortable. The property manager was prompt and lovely to deal with!

Perfection

The home we rented was absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The quality of the furnishings was top-notch, offering both comfort and style in every room. The outdoor space was equally impressive, with a fantastic hot tub where we could relax under the stars after a wonderful day and a cozy fireplace that made the evenings feel extra warm and inviting. Every detail of the house felt thoughtfully designed to make it the perfect place to stay for a beautiful fall weekend. It truly was a wonderful escape!

Sufficient stay

Booked this house for a weekend of golf with some friends at sugarloaf golf course. Based on the listing when we booked (booked in April for a June trip), there was a hot tub advertised as an amenity which was a big selling point. When we got to the house and began to look around, the hot tub was completely empty. We received no communication that the hot tub was not in use which is extremely disappointing. You advertised a hot tub when we book, maybe think to let us know we can’t use it? Also the other reason we booked this house was the outside patio set up and fire pit. Again when we arrived and went outside, there was no sign this place was cleaned before. Patio furniture was disgusting, covered in bugs and spider webs. Grill area was a mess and disgusting. Overall the house was fine but outside area was a nightmare. Maybe if you advertise a nice outside area and hot tub, you should have it ready to go? I won’t book again here after that. Completely unacceptable to spend money and have an outside area look like no one cared to clean it up and oh by the way, the hot tub you wanted to use? We have it empty and out of use. No communication about this either!
