This beautiful home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Snuggle up in front of the cozy gas fireplace, cook in a fully equipped kitchen, play in a large game room complete with a pool table, or soak your cares away in the jet tub. The location is second to none, with easy access to town, restaurants, and recreational parks. We hope you enjoy your stay in our peaceful chalet!

We had an amazing holiday break at this Sugarloaf home! We were three families traveling together, and the house was the perfect fit for all of us. The kids had a blast with the pool table and their own space downstairs, while the parents loved the well-stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and super comfortable beds. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out, but also lots of seating when we wanted to gather for games and dinner. The host was wonderful—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions about the house or the area. She even went above and beyond by mailing back some clothes we accidentally left behind, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better: close to the mountain and nestled in a great ski neighborhood. The house itself is full of thoughtful, cozy touches that made our stay feel extra special. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Sugarloaf—it’s perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The rental process was straightforward and clear. The property was great. We wish we could have spent more time exploring the area, but we were there for a wedding weekend and too busy to just enjoy the views. But it was close to Sugarloaf and would have been a great place to land after a day of hiking. The house was well-stocked and I can’t say enough good things about Alaina, the owner who was our contact. She made sure that we knew how to contact her if we needed anything and her response time to any questions was very fast.

Mountain home near sugarloaf

The house is lovely and the perfect mountain home to spend time with friends! Close drive to sugarloaf, cozy and clean. Lots of space to hangout!

Multi-family ski trip

We had 3 families staying at Mountain Haven and it worked out great, except for the weather! The rooms accommodated everyone, the basement and pool table was great for the kids to hang out. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Alaina was very responsive to the few questions we had. The wind prevented us from skiing but the place was cozy and great for catching up with our friends!

Great ski weekend!

This house was perfect for our friends’ ski weekend. We had 3 families, and the accommodations fit our group comfortably. Alaina was excellent to work with, and very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend 4WD cars - we received 12 inches of snow and while the plowing was good, you need a vehicle that can handle snow and hills. Thank you, Alaina, for a great stay!

Better than advertised!!

This house was the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in quite a few). Perfect layout, with two public entertainment areas that easily accommodate everyone's wishes. It's a BEAUTIFUL house with a fantastic view of the mountain. It was such an extra treat watching the snow-cats throughout the night going up and down the mountain to groom it. The amenities and layout were perfect for our party of 12. Best of all was the thoughtful extras left throughout the house. Plenty of cozy throws and extra bathroom items that covered anything a guest may have forgotten to pack. The open layout on the first floor was so great for cooking and hanging out, I could go on and on. Also, huge thanks for having plowed the driveway TWICE in such a timely manner, your a GREAT host. Thank you - Thank you!! Please take pride & happiness in knowing you've provided wonderful, lifetime memories for 12 people who are very grateful for your house!!

Perfect ski house for family

Stayed with our adult children and their friends, party of 8 in total. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and clean . Main living area opened to kitchen and allowed for us to cook and watch football as a family. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and provides plenty of seating.Location is short drive to the mountain.Owner allowed us to park in the garage so no need to clean off cars after snow storm. Beautiful Mountain Views from huge deck.Absolutely wonderful home to gather with family and have plenty of space for privacy. Highly recommend this property. Owner was a pleasure to work with.
