Featuring ample balcony space and views of the city, this is one place you cannot miss! Enjoy the modern decor and natural light, hang out with friends or family in the comfortable living room in the evening, after exploring this beautiful area during the day!

The apartment features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code for a smart lock for entry. This is a private accommodation and the apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

Getting Around:
In Honolulu and in Ala Moana area you can get around by shuttle, taxi, ride-share (such as Uber | Lyft) or public transportation. Many attractions located near the space can be reached by bike or by walking.
Major rental companies are available inside the Honolulu Airport (HNL).

Other Things to Note:
No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. A maximum of 5 guests are allowed in the space, and the sofa bed can be used as an additional bed. Please remove your shoes when entering the home. No pets are allowed in the space, and no smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the premises.

PARKING OPTIONS: PARKING SLOT NUMBER 436. The unit comes with its own parking slot. Hold the parking fob close to the pad and you should be able to get inside the parking lot. While you are in a safe area, please be sure to monitor your belongings and lock your vehicle as a precaution. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels. Due to the convenient central location of the space, some noise from the street, music, pool, or restaurant patio areas is possible from the surrounding area.

The AC units in the building are all similar and not 100% noiseless. If you're sensitive to any noise, you may want to consider other options.

Nearby are two large grocery stores (WalMart & Target) where you can pick up food, beach, and toiletry essentials.

During your stay, should anything become broken or damaged, please notify the host immediately so that repairs and reporting can be done in a timely manner. Unreported damages may result in a $200 fee and being reported to AirBNB.

Interaction with Guests:
The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The host will be accessible for guests via email, text, or the app should you have any questions about the apartment or the area.

I had a five week stay in Honolulu for work, including nights, and hoped to find a place that provided a home-like setting, including room for family to visit. This property exceeded all of my highest expectations and was a perfect home-away-from-home. It provided a spacious accommodation with easy access to the H-1 Freeway and allowed me to get the rest and relaxation needed during my off hours. I cannot recommend this property too highly.

Our stay at this Central condo for just over a month was wonderful. We gave the experience a 5-star rating without any hesitation. The condo was clean and spacious, the appliances and fixtures were easy to use, the views of the ocean and mountains were wonderful, and the AC was cool and quiet. You can't beat the location for shopping, food, restaurants, and entertainment -- everything was walkable or a short Uber ride away. Building staff including check-in and check-out were smooth and helpful. The property manager was friendly, responsive and effective. We would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.
