The host was the best we have ever dealt with. He suggested an excellent breakfast place. His cabin is immaculate and amenities were wonderful! This was the second time we stayed there and it was as perfect as the first time. Love it!!!

Our host Robert was amazing!! He was so helpful throughout the entire process from booking to the end of our stay! He so kindly had birthday treats waiting for me and boyfriend when we got there for my boyfriend’s birthday! The house was clean, welcoming, and came with so much to do! We had to bring almost nothing to stay there! Kitchen had pots, pans, plates, utensils, spices, etc. Beds were nicely made, towels included for shower and hot tub. The host answered very quickly and gave thorough answers to all of our questions with tutorials and examples about how to work things and gave us so many recommendations of places to go and places to eat. Although we didn’t bring any pets, I LOVE that they allow pets as that is a huge benefit when trying to book a get-a-way. The house was beautiful and was nearby to so many things! 10/10 recommend booking this house and the host was 10/10.

If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay on vacation then look no further then the this Cabin "The Ranch on Greenwood". It is like staying at a 5 star Hotel!!!The owners attention to detail is exceptional. Plush towels. Shampoo/conditioner/Body Wash dispensers in each bathroom. The Hot Tub is "delicious"! I could have slept there! When you walk into the cabin you immediately start to relax. The outside areas are also made for more relaxing. This is just what I needed. A place to chill out and de-stress. When I booked the cabin, the owner asked if anything special was happening. I told him it was my birthday. To my delight, I found birthday balloons and muffins there waiting for me. How sweet!!!The owner responded quickly to all my questions.So, if you are looking for a beautiful cabin with extra attention to detail, I highly recommend the Ranch at Greenwood. you'll love it!!! BTW this cabin is pet friendly

We had a long-postponed family trip -- our first to the Poconos. Everything was perfect from the cozy house to the hot tub to the fire pit. Even the kitchen had better tools than most vacation rentals. And everyone was happy -- aged 3 to 76. We took a drive to Jim Thorpe and another to Beltzville Lake. Rob was very helpful with other suggestions, including live music our first night at the Hub. We will absolutely be back!

Cozy cabin

This mountain house was immaculate with more amenities than we could have imagined. The host left treats for our family, which were very inviting. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. We used the kayaks on the lake and rode the bicycles. All provided by the host. We received many tips from the host which were useful. We hiked to the beautiful waterfall in Hickory Run Park which was recommended by the host. It was a fun day for our whole family. There were plenty of games to play and at the end of the day, a nice fire and laying in the hammock looking up at the stars was so relaxing. The host was extremely helpful and made our trip so easy and problem free. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful clean and comfortable home with so much to offer! We stayed there with our 3 kids (ages 18, 16, and 13) and we really enjoyed the shuffle board, bikes, hot tub, kayaks, and fire pit. The grounds are beautiful and deer are everywhere. They literally come right up to you and you can feed them apples. The kids did this every morning. It is a short walk to Lake Harmony and they have 4 kayaks on site at the lake that you can use. The location is very close Jim Thorpe, which is a super cool town with a lot of shops, dining options, and historical features. The hosts are awesome and will check in with you to make sure your stay is going well. They will also give you recommendations for fun things to do. We can’t wait to come back!

Very enjoyable stay at this location. Kayaks, hot tub and bikes were great. One of our party even caught a very large bass in Lake Harmony, released it of course. Good memories for sure!!

Family Fun on Greenwood

So many good things to say….the ranch is a cozy, peaceful home in a perfect setting; trees, deer, quiet! The home is exactly as pictured with many modern amenities ; new appliances, new hot tub, new grill, quality linens and towels. We were happy to have the air mattresses which were really comfortable. We loved the hot tub, kayaks, and indoor shuffleboard and different games. Rob was a great host. He was very responsive to questions and gave many helpful recommendations for eating options and activities in the surrounding area. We were a group of 7 with 4 adults and 3 children 1 dog. We were all very comfortable in the indoor and outdoor space.Thank you Rob and Janis for sharing your lovely home with our family. We give the ranch and our experience 5 stars.

We had a family trip this summer to poconos .we stayed at Mr Robs property. .Very beautiful house calm and quiet area to relax from the busy chaos. He provided with free early check in and lots of fun for kids and provided with lots of free amenities for adults including kayak at lake harmony. unfortunately due to time restrain we couldn’t utilize some of them . We definitely come back to enjoy the rest . His description about the house and directions is accurate and brief easy to locate and follow. He updates everyday the weather ,local news , the attractions and restaurants near by.Through out the days he inquired about our safety till we reached home . Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.May God bless you and your family Jims and Jerine

Beautiful property next to Harmony Lake

Absolutely loved the property especially the back and side yards. Property had all of the amenities (and more) that we needed for our stay. Hosts were very attentive and provided us with numerous suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Poconos.

Family Weekend

Rob was amazing give us advice of where to go and do in the area very helpful, the Ranch was very clean and well staff with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Hot Tub. We had great stay overall! :)

My whole gang thought the house was very nice and well stocked with good things to do. We specifically liked the kayaks and how easy it was to use them and get them to the water.

We went in the hot tub many times! Can be adjusted to be cooler for kids. Place was clean and nice. Great stay! Owner responsive and helpful. Would stay here again. Close to the lake and many activities

This cabin is perfect for gatherings with friends and family!

The cabin was in perfect condition when we arrived. Unlike other rentals that are barebones in what they provide, the hosts go the extra mile to make you feel at home and provide everything you need. They have plenty of cookware and extra towels for guests using the jacuzzi, and they even give you a welcome gift! The hosts were very kind, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire time. My group had the best experience staying here and we'd love to return.
