Welcome to The Ebony of East Nashville, your cozy new build with top-of-the-line amenities in a centralized, walkable location. This spacious two-story bungalow is just minutes away from downtown Nashville, offering the space, privacy, and safety of a friendly neighborhood. Explore all the excitement Nashville has to offer day and night, and then return home to the inviting glow of the front porch light. Unwind in one of our many plush, white beds. Ask about our flexible early and late checkout options.

🛋️ The Space:
Cuddle up on the couch for a movie night, enjoy a book from our library, or break a sweat on the Peloton - something for everyone! Dream Cloud Premiere Mattresses and blackout shades ensure peaceful sleep. We provide towels, linens, luggage stands, and a Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for culinary enthusiasts. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our home comfortably sleeps 11. You'll also find two 65" Smart TVs with cable access for entertainment. Children's Pack'N'Play and High Chair are available upon request.

We're nestled in a safe and walkable community with well-lit sidewalks. Walk to popular spots like Café Rozé, Vinyl Tap, Rosepepper, Ugly Mugs, and more. 🏡 House Rules:
Please respect our wonderful neighbors and treat the neighborhood as your own. Outdoor quiet hours are between 9 PM and 6 AM. No parties or events are allowed, but bachelorette parties are welcome as long as all rules are followed. We have a strict no-open flame and no smoking policy, including candles. No pets are allowed. Any violation of these rules will result in a fine. A security deposit hold will be required and placed on your credit card after booking, along with a signed rental agreement.

🔒 Security Measures:
For your safety, the premises have exterior security cameras (not monitored for guest safety but used to enforce rental policies), and automatically locking deadbolts at each exit.

Everything about this place was awesome! From booking, all the on point communication and the place itself! We had a wide age range from 4-84 and loved this charming home. I was really captivated by the house. This is a very cozy and very well crafted residence. Spaces are great for enjoyment as a group. They take care of every detail. The house looks and feels very high end, very well designed.The host was always available when needed. I will certainly recommend the property.

Our family of 7 stayed in East Nashville to celebrate son's elopement and we could not have been happier. Property was clean, comfortable and felt like staying in our own home. Had everything we needed. The description and photos are very accurate that is not always the case with rentals. Bathrooms were exceptional.

Beautiful home in a great city!

We had the best family vacation in Nashville, and this home was the perfect place to stay. It was warm, cozy inviting, and so beautifully decorated, with all the amenities that we would need. It’s in a great location, and we found it very easy to get around. The back screened in patio was the perfect place to relax in the evening with family, and it has a great backyard for the kids, complete with bunnies and lightning bugs! I would love to stay in this house again the next time I’m back in this fantastic city!

This property was the most amazing property in which I have ever stayed. It is a true example of what belongs in a magazine. We were truly blown away!!! If you are in Nashville, a place where I graduated HS, this is the place to stay. Everything was easy with checkin, I mean just outstanding!

Beautiful home

Good communication with owner, house if Newley renovated and in great shape. The only thing that could be better it a few more supplies in the kitchen… most of the time you will eat out but we were running a marathon and wanted a paste dinner and early night - could not find a strainer for pasta and a few more large serving bowls for pasta, salad and sides… but we were able to make due and had a great trip! Lovely home.

Top notch

Beautifully remodeled historical home. Very comfortable with high end finishes. It’s cozy like home but plenty of room and well thought out, a very nice rental for sure. Nice to have 2 bedrooms on the first floor. There are some stairs to navigate at front of house but can also go through the back to avoid if needed. Owner was very responsive to a couple small requests. Had everything we needed. Would stay there again next time!

4 colleagues in Nashville for a Military Conference

Annie and her home were both absolutely amazing! From minute we walked in we knew we found the perfect place for our 4 days in Nashville. The house was awesome and she thought about everything. Have rented many homes through VRBO, but she has put so much detail into her home, and made everything absolutely seamless throughout, it was by far best one. There were 4 of us in town for a military conference and we all agreed that anytime any of us are in Nashville that we’ll all be renting from her. Incredible home and stay! Thank you Annie!!

We LOVED our Stay at The Ebony!

We LOVED our stay at The Ebony! The location was perfect for our family, and the house was AMAZING! The layout, the cleanliness, the top of the line EVERYTHING, and ALL the added touches (to include oh so comfy Pendleton oversized throw blankets!) were even better than the description and photos! All the bedrooms and bathrooms are sweet!! SO much sunlight comes through the windows during the day, and blinds & curtains for each night. The main upstairs bathroom was heaven. The great room - kitchen, dining and 2 living areas were wonderful. I even baked an awesome Birthday cake in the fantastic open kitchen! Oh, an added bonus were the daily visits from the absolutely beautiful & friendly neighborhood orange Tabby cat! We thoroughly enjoyed his visits to our porch! We cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for everything!!

AHHH-mazing!

This house actually felt like home. Well appointed and tastefully decorated. I've stayed in a lot of rentals. Most look good in pics but like a cheap flip in person. This house has been redone top to bottom with quality finishes and attention to detail. Quality bedding, towels, flatware, beds, furniture and appliances. So refreshing to not have to compromise my standard of living for more space while traveling. We had two 16 year olds who loved the main floor while my husband and I had the whole upstairs. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. Adorable neighborhood, close to everything. Anne can write the book on how to rent with class and style. Take notes folks!
