Amazing!

This place is great. From the views to the location it’s perfect! They are a lot of stairs in the place but it wasn’t bad. If you spend anytime downtown Nashville you’ll get use to stairs lol. Definitely work it. If we ever go back we will do this place again!

Great location, awesome house

Great location, clean beautiful home. Perfect for a group as it has 3 private bedrooms with private bathrooms. Patio area was awesome, and has a cover which was nice in the heat!

Excellent spot for a girls trip

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, close to everything. Just note living room is on the 3rd floor in case you have anyone in your group that has difficulty with stairs. Worth the view though!

Friends Reunion

3 couples met for a reunion. The place was so nice, new and clean!! Its in an up and coming area so the surroundings a bit rough but nice units being built around. Rooftop deck with fire pit was great and awning made sitting during the day enjoyable. It is close to downtown, airport, restaurants and the Octoberfest. The nicest touches with a nice assortment of beverages and snacks provided. We didn't even need a trip to the grocery. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Oh and the propane was out on the fire pit and they brought a new tank in 30 minutes. That's service!

Adorably decorated Condo

The place was clean, quaint, and easy to find. The view from the patio was excellent at night. The only downside was the noise at night and the 2 flights of stairs to the kitchen. We would recommend this as the owner was great at communication and we needed the exercise anyway. It had anything you would need for a getaway...steamer and iron for clithes, blow dryer, etc. Took us minutes to get to the Nissan stadium for the concert and maybe 10 minutes to get downtown. Parking right in front of the place. Loved it and Nashville.

Nashville weekend

Overall, this property is an excellent stay while you’re in Nashville! The rooms are spacious and clean. The third floor living space is great for hanging out and the complementary drinks and snacks are a great touch. LaGenna is an excellent host who is very communicative and accommodating. The only slight negative is the bar that is on the corner blasting music until 3am. If you have small children where this may be an issue consider bringing a sound machine. We had a blast and definitely would stay here again if we had the choice!

Great stay and close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and clean. We loved the view from the patio also! The complimentary drinks and snacks were much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! The location is excellent as it's close to everything.

Amazing

We stayed here last year for Thanksgiving and were back. It is a wonderful property. Close to everything-downtown, Vandy etc. It is also immaculate-so clean and the most luscious beds, bedding, pillows etc. There is also a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. And the kitchen has plenty of dishes, etc. There are also snacks, coffee, beer, coolers etc. And the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, etc. So thoughtful. We will be back.

Girls Weekend- Birthday/Colts Game

The house is beautiful, and pictures don't do it justice. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Rooftop deck is amazing with spectacular views of downtown. And a garage to park our car was a plus for added security. Lots of stairs so take that into consideration if you have older people. Right off interstate so Uber rides to Broadway and Downtown are very quick and cheap. The property manager was extremely accommodating during the check in process and worked with us to get in a little early. The neighborhood is up and coming so some sketchy areas around, but overall, a great place and would definitely come again.

Great place

We had a great time staying here. It was perfect for the 6 of us. It did get a little noisy from Larry’s bar but if you bring a fan then it should be fine. And it was only at night too. Other than that great place so close to everything. Definitely will stay here again.

Lovely condo in terrible area!

This condo is lovely and the amenities are great, however, it was a terrible experience. The neighborhood is awful! There is a nightclub across the street and the music blasts (thumps) half the night. On our last night, the neighbor had a party and the music blasted from their patio and vibrated the whole house! Nobody could sleep. You can see that they’re starting to build and try to clean up the neighborhood but, currently, the surrounding area is scary!!

OUTSTANDING!!!

Our group could not believe the luxury of this house. This property is #1 on our list of VRBO's that we have stayed in over the years. Every picture that is shown is accurate. Amazing coffee station. Beverages were cold and waiting for us upon arrival. The beds! The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up to get our day going. Outstanding bathrooms with all the amenities that one needs. The view of Nashville is the bonus. A very short ride to the district, and music city. Abundant of Uber drivers. Seriously y'all. Look no further. This is it if you're looking for luxury and space to accommodate a large group. We had 8 in our party and everyone one had their own personal space. We will definitely be back to this Nashville diamond. Bravo!!!

Great place to stay

We had a great stay here!! Location was super, short and cheap Uber rides everywhere! Amazing skyline views too Beds were the most comfortable ones ever! This place has everything we needed LeGenna was great and we would definitely stay there again!!! Can’t wait until next time

Wonderful location, views, cleanliness and attention to detail.

Exceeded Expectations!

Our family of four enjoyed a great 4 night stay. The townhouse was extremely well appointed, with plenty of towels, cookware, etc., and even some complimentary snacks and beverages. Check-in was easy and hassle free, and though we had no need to contact the property owner during our stay, she was quick to respond to communications prior to check in and while checking out. The outdoor deck/patio really sets this property apart, it is even better in person than the online pictures show. I definitely recommend this property and hope to return on my next visit to Nashville!
