Take a break & unwind in this charming 2nd floor one bedroom unit right on the water in the peaceful East End gallery district of town. The unit is located in a house on Commercial St’s bay side with blissful views of sunrises and magic hour. Featuring a beach access, a private waterfront deck, lounge chairs, reclaimed wood & ship beams and a bay window with mesmerizing views of the bay. This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! There are other units available in this house. See property IDs below.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwright Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units with other renters & tenants. The apartment has a main space which features a kitchen, dining room and a living room with a pull out queen sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a small desk. There is also a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, turn on the fans, open the bay windows and deck door and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour in this apartment while sipping a drink!

The beach deck is communal and is for everybody to enjoy!

Very nice place

Great location, comfortable place, with a terrific water view and beach access. We liked that it was near many shops, galleries and restaurants but not the noisy crowds.

Fantastic rental, location and views!

We came for the view and the amazing location. In addition, the host was amazing and the house has loads of history and more charm than you can imagine. Can’t wait to book a trip back with my husband!

Quiet Retreat

Great location and condo. Nice furnishings and kitchen area for rainy or quiet night. Close to all restaurants and bars too. Great deck overlooking P-Town harbor.

Nice, cosy place with a large beautiful, 2nd floor private deck that overlooks the bay. We just returned from our second stay here. The deck, for us, is really the draw. We prefer this location in the more quiet side of town, near the galleries and art museum. Alain is a great host and is very friendly and responsive. We'll return here, for sure.

Great experience!

Awesome location right on the beach, close to all the restaurants, bars, and hot spots. Felt very safe which was a big plus for me. Thanks to my host who was readily available to me which I was surprised to find but pleasantly. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to go back next year.

It was exactly as pictured - perhaps even bigger. Alain is a great host and the property is classic PTown charming. The only issue was that the upstairs was pretty noisy. We talked with Alain and it worked out. My advice would be to stay on the top floor though (3rd floor). I'd definitely go back.

Stayed 1 week. Had a non urgent need that was met immediately post vrbo correspondence. The grounds keeper was extremely kind, and knowledgable about PTown. Great views. Comfortable. Would revisit.

Little Place, Big Views!

Although small and of an older era, this was a neat, clean, fully functional space decorated with a minimalist beachy vibe which I love. The views were amazing from the porch and we were able to pull our 17 'Boston Whaler close enough to the beach without having to get more than ankle deep to jump on or off. Location for a stay in Ptown was PERFECT. We were close enough to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment on Commercial Street, yet far enough that it was peaceful and retreat like at the house. Our hosts were a delight. They were great with communication and happy to give us history and information about places to go on our visit.

Perfect Perch

My husband and I booked this property for our 4th Bear Week. We love the beachfront location for our pups. Beach walks and bay swims are everything for all four of us. The week was hot- and the bedroom AC kept the whole unit cool. We are out- there are two small groceries/ sandwich shops within walking distance. Location was just close enough to walk to all the events- but far enough away from the noise to enjoy whatever type of beach trip You want. The host lives on or close by- they helped us check in- everything was easy. Communication was quick and efficient. I would stay here again in any season.

Warning for scent-sensitive

The location and view are great. Towels and sheets were strongly scented, causing allergic reaction. Unable to tolerate, which led to an unpleasant stay. Host tried to remediate, but was unsuccessful. He wanted to charge for this, which I felt was inappropriate. He unsuccessfully then tried to make a claim against the property damage protection that I purchased (which was a required extra expense in lieu of very large security deposit). I wouldn't stay here again.

This was our first travel experience to Provincetown, we were pleasantly surprised of the proximity of the apartment to the beach and the ability in the early to walk down to the shore during the low tide and enjoy meeting other dog walkers along the way to the town pier. Being centrally located on the eastern end of the town, leisurely walking from the pier it is an amazing discovery of galleries, shops and a variety of coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment offered an exceptional porch facing the bay , having great view all day from sunset to sundown. While on the descent you can hear the boats siren's while leaving the pier. At night you can see the town illuminated , the pier and the Pilgrim tower.Kitchen appliances are new and well maintained, If you plan to do some cooking this very little counter space, it would be appreciated if a mobile island was available as there is ample space for one. The bathroom is new and well lit and well ventilated . As we encountered exceptional cold spring weather heat and hot water was always available. Parking in Provincetown is available along commercial street but pricey. We would definitely come back to that apartment it was a perfect fit for our needs kitchen, front porch and proximity to beach and town center.
