Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week. very hot and the AC was amazing. all of the amenities of the house were perfect. we had our boat there and that could not have been easier or more convenient.

Great multi-generational/multi-family rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 generations spent a wonderful week here. This home was great for all of us, plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The location is just inside the no-wake zone by the loon preserve so it is quiet. Easy for lounging in the water, no waves for the little ones but super quick to get out to the bigger area for tubing, wakeboarding, surfing.... The kitchen was well equipped for general cooking, lots of space for everyone to get involved. Overall, I hope we can rent again next year.

Reviewer Comments: House has a beautiful waterfront location in a quiet corner of Winnisquam - looking out over a narrow (no wake) channel leading to a conservation area. House comfortable with a good layout. With only five people (adults/older teens), we didn't particularly use basement area, but it looks like it would work well for a group of kids/teenagers. Dock is well laid out, and we took advantage of the above-dock seating: great views, and good at catching early morning/evening breeze. Swimming off dock very comfortable, with reasonably deep water and clean bottom near ladder.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of 12 and had lots of room to relax. We had a beautiful view of the lake from the wonderful screened Porsche and decks. Lots of fun by the fire pit, playing ping pong and darts in the finished basement. Easy access to our boat,fishing and swimming. Very clean and well stocked for cooking. Definitely will come back again!

Wonderful week at Lake Winnesquam

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed all aspects of our week at 128 Stoney Brook on Lake Winnesquam. The house was everything we needed to accommodate family and friends. The screened porch was a perfect spot to start and end each day. The game room in the basement and the fire pit allowed us to have both fun and games and quiet relaxation with the family. The lake is gorgeous and we were thankful to be able to use the tubes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards to explore the lake and cool off after a day of local hikes. Highly recommend this location!
