M&M Property Management of the Ozarks is excited to announce this cozy cabin in Jasper, Arkansas!

WHISTLING PINES is the perfect getaway! This 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin will help you get away and enjoy nature while still providing a comfortable, relaxing stay! This cabin is ready for your family to make memories while visiting the town of Jasper, AR. Looking to add a float trip or a hike during your stay? We can help you!

Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the beautiful views of Arkansas hills while you immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy the extras that Whistling Pines supplies including outdoor seating, high chair, pack n play, and a fully stocked kitchen. You will just need to pack your clothes and meals. Retreat to the outdoor deck in the evening, flip on the porch lights, or head on down to the fire pit and share camp fire stories while enjoying smores!

Such a lovely house. We had an amazing stay! The place was just the perfect size for our family of 5. The children loved the games and living room couches, while the wife and I appreciated the view of the back yard the most. While the backyard pit looked like the perfect place for a fire, our weather just didn't cooperate. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone interested in traveling to this quaint area of Arkansas, and we hope to stay here again sometime.

Cabin was actually better than advertised! Super clean and recently updated. The view from the great room was AMAZING! Beds comfortable, plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Plenty of bath towels. Loved the deck and firepit. Easy to find and just far enough from Jasper to feel like you were in the forest.

An absolute gorgeous place with an outstanding view! It was clean, well stocked, great location! When we arrived we had not yet received the code to enter. I called the number given to us and no one answered so I called it again and got an answer. But had to "check in" again on my phone to a link provided and then they sent a code. Not the greatest system but it worked and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Loved the fire pit! Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The check in process and communication with porperty managment could not have been easier/better. The house was clean, and fully stocked. Kitchen was stocked with quality cookware, beds were comfortable, living room furniture and views were amazing, and the outdoor furniture was nice as well. The surrounding area was beautiful and easy to navigate. My family is already asking when we can stay again.

4th of July holiday

The cabin was perfect and the view out the back is spectacular. It was close to many fun day trips and we enjoyed coming home and having a fire in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and the house was well stocked. There were 4 of us and we all agreed that we would go back .

We had the most amazing stay at this rental in Jasper, Arkansas! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful, clean, and welcoming the entire place was. Tucked away in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, the house offered the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort.The location was absolutely ideal — just a short drive from some of the most breathtaking waterfalls, swimming holes, and hiking trails we’ve ever experienced!

Beautiful Place

This cabin was immaculate on the inside. Absolutely loved looking out over Jasper but still being secluded. The outdoor space was unkept, but we were there in winter so maybe it is better kept in summer. Beautiful place

Great Location

Location was great-close to Jasper. Easy to hop on highway to Mt. Sherman, Ponca, Boxley Valley , and all trails. House was clean and the owners were responsive to needs.

Hiking Trip

The property was clean well furnished and great location. Two bedrooms were on the small size for queen beds. The only complaint was not receiving the code to enter until 30 minutes after check in time, despite text calls and emails telling them we were there.

Beautiful Getaway!

The cabin was beautiful with great views from the full wall of windows! Everything was clean and everything we needed for our stay was there and as expected. Some small maintenance items were pointed out to the owner but nothing that impacted our stay. The furniture and beds were comfortable and exceeded our expectations. This property is easy to access and close to the main road with a gravel driveway and sign pointing us in the right direction which helped. It rained on us most of the time we were there so we didn't get to spend much time outside but if you're planning some outdoor activities, it might be important to note that the back yard is quite steep (it's in the mountains after all so to be fair, everything is steep in that area) so not much level ground for the cornhole game or things like that. Also, the fabric on the hammocks could use a little TLC, since they stay outside they are a bit dirty, again, to be expected but good to know if you're planning on jumping directly into them upon arrival. The town of Jasper is only about a 5 minute drive (very curvy roads here so beware) and is absolutely adorable. The people are friendly and the food is good. Visit the pizza place but go early, they tend to sell out and they told us it's a three day process to make the dough! It's sooo good! Lots of local hiking and trails to keep you occupied on your visit. Overall, this was an amazing stay and we hope to visit again in the future!

Exceptional

Whispering Pines is hands down one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much thought and care had gone into creating a perfect getaway. The property was spotless—not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, even in the corners or bathrooms (where I usually find myself doing a quick clean). It was so refreshing to relax without worrying about cleanliness. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and most of it looked brand new. From cooking staples like spices, oil, and flour to dishwashing pods and garbage bags, they thought of everything. The bathrooms were equally impressive, stocked with soft towels, aesthetic refillable pump bottles for soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and even a first aid kit. The living room was a dream—comfortable, stylish, and functional. The reclining loveseat and sofa (with charging ports!) made it the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking. And that dining table! A stunning slab of a giant tree trunk that added a rustic yet elegant touch. The view from the property was breathtaking, especially at sunrise, and we loved the hammocks, back deck, and games like cornhole. The location was perfect,secluded yet just minutes from Jasper and its charming spots like the Ozark Cafe. We also loved the giant trail map on the wall that helped us plan our hikes. This property had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing retreat!

FANTASTIC place to stay!

This cabin is immaculate, is decorated fantastically, and has an incredible view of the mountains. You will enjoy all the comforts of home, and everything we needed was furnished for us. They had a cornhole game, hammocks, and a fire pit outside for us to enjoy. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely recommend! We will be coming back to stay here again!
