Welcome to Cozy lookout, this luxury townhome is located in the Snowbridge community. This newly constructed and spacious townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts a queen-over-queen bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups. Additionally, this floor includes a well-appointed bathroom with double sinks and a stand-up shower, as well as a convenient laundry room complete with a washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the beautiful Snowbridge Community. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, Monterra Golf Course and views of Blue Mountain. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located within a 1 minute walk from the property.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for this location. There is a designated driveway for your car and a visitor parking lot for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis. The garage is available during your stay perfect for storing your winter or summer gear such as skis, snowboards, and bikes. As guests of the property you have access to the free on demand shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the property. Within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
