Relaxing Retreat, Farm Fresh Eggs & Pond Sunsets

*Accommodates no more than 2 adults + 2 children under 12 yr. old*


Nestled on 5 acres and conveniently close to Arrington, Franklin, Nolensville, Murfreesboro and Nashville. This relaxing retreat is fully furnished with a king size Casper bed as well as a double bed loft area. Fun and rustic design/construction is the handiwork of husband and wife duo, who finally made their dream come true. The front porch rocking chairs will be your favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
The space
Kitchenette is fully furnished with the basics to make a hot meal !

Small refrigerator/ freezer with room for cold food .. can be stocked with a few of your favorite beverages upon request !
A cooler located on the front porch is available for you to use all well .

Small bar top in the kitchen is a great work space with a view .



You are welcome to use any of the fishing poles and tackle you see hung up to the left of the grill area . Please return as you found them !

Barn is set up to accommodate 2 adults and loft area is for up to 2 children maximum. Please use caution with ladder and don’t leave children unattended.
Guest access
The property offers plenty of outdoor activities such as a fire pit , fishing pond , and fresh eggs upon request ! You are welcome to walk the property but no guests are permitted onto the main residence back deck , pool, or front yard area.


-You are welcome to use any of the fishing poles and tackle you see hung up to the left of the grill area . Please return as you found them !

- The pond is stocked and you are welcome to walk out on the dock and to the island to fish . Please make sure children are not left unattended around the water !


-parking is only permitted on gravel driveway

-chickens may be out roaming during daylight hours , they usually keep to themselves and the rooster is protective of his ladies so keep your distance please .

- we have a dog who often roams the property, his name is Waylon ..If you aren’t comfortable with that we can plan accordingly .

-swing set are for children 12 and under only :)
Other things to note
The unit is part of an entire barn. Remainder of the barn is used as personal workspace that owners may periodically access throughout your stay. We will always communicate if we plan to do so. The door leading to those areas will be locked and remain so .

We do have a rooster and he is up with the sun ! A sound machine is provided for those who aren’t early risers !
