Come stay at our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom Dewey Beach townhouse. This rental has every convenience for the perfect getaway. Located 3 blocks to the beach, you can have your feet in the sand with a short 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. Newly renovated, this rental features modern amenities, including fully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, Wifi, smart TVs as well as comfortable beds and furniture. 4 reserved parking spaces are also included directly in front of the house.
The space
Located perfectly for Dewey Beach or Rehoboth Beach visitors. Close to everything, but with a quiet feel, it is a 10 min walk to the bars, restaurants or beach in Dewey Beach or a 20 minute walk to Rehoboth. The home is built and furnished to host 8 guests comfortably.

Living Area:

Newly renovated in 2019, this rental features comfy furnishings, Luxury vinyl flooring, as well as a smart flatscreen TVs throughout. The living room has access to a small deck and backyard.

Kitchen:

Guests that enjoy home cooked meals while on vacation will love our cozy, yet fully upgraded kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen has been stocked with everything needed for cooking, including pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates and cups.

Beds and Bath:

Located on the first floor, is the first full bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find and additional full bathroom (with walk-in shower) as well as 3 bedrooms.

Primary bedroom: King size bed and 43" flat-screen, smart TV.

Second bedroom: Queen size bed and 32" flat-screen, smart TV.

Third bedroom: Single over full bunk bed with additional single bed that can be rolled out from underneath the bunk bed when needed.

* Please note - Linens (Sheets, bath and beach towels) are NOT included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed. As just a single house and not a large hotel, there's simply not enough time for the cleaner to do multiple loads of laundry before the next guest checks in. You can either bring them from home or rent them from a few reputable companies that I would be happy to provide details for if interested.

* We provide essentials including dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and will also get you started on paper towels and toilet paper.

Outdoor Area:

Small deck located on the front of the townhouse with lounge chairs where you can relax in the evening or sip your morning cup of coffee. A storage container is also located on the deck with stocked beach chairs and toys for your enjoyment.
