Welcome to DewBea House! Our newest Dewey Beach vacation rental! This unit is one of 3 we offer in this 6-unit building. So... if you're looking for a group get-a-way, add one or both of our other units to stay next door to each other! All 3 units provide 7 brs & 6 bths, for a comfortable stay for14 and 6 dogs, and a max of 17. A great option for family reunions, multiple families, work groups, friends, groups, wedding parties, you name it! Inquire directly with host for more info on availability and rates.

Clean, comfy and convenient oceanfront condo in the heart of north Dewey Beach on Saulsbury Street! Located on the 2nd floor of the 6-unit oceanfront Colonial Seas Condominium building with fantastic ocean views and just a 2 minute walk to Dewey's best nightlife and dining spots!
DewBea House has been updated and is light and bright! Offering 3 bedrooms (all with TV’s) - 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 1 with pyramid bunk (twin top/Full bottom), 2 full baths - one with tub and handheld showerhead capability, fully stocked Granite kitchen with a Keurig, stainless steel appliances - electric range/oven, dishwasher and fridge. All cleaning, laundry and dish soaps as well as paper products provided. A light & bright comfy living room and dining room combo with large TV. Living room opens to oversized screened in porch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy fantastic views from the living, dining room & (my favorite) the screened in deck. We are dog friendly, provide 2 parking spaces, full sized washer & dryer and hi-speed wifi. Hardwood floors & character throughout. Our location can't be beat!

The condo was quaint and within walking distance of restaurants and biking distance to Rehoboth and Lewes.Very close to the beach....enough to hear the waves at night. Neighborhood is very nice for evening walks with the dog. Weather was gorgeous for that time of year. We would visit again.

We booked this as a family getaway/Mother's Day gift. The host, Jenny, was very responsive and kind. The ocean views were amazing! Beach access is right next to the condo making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The screened porch was perfect for watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed, from coffee and toiletries to beach towels and chairs. The area is very dog friendly, too. There are several restaurants within walking distance that allow dogs on their patios and provide water bowls. Highly recommend!

Perfect family cottage

Excellent location

Had an amazing time in this beautiful condo. Location is everything to my friends and I and this place checked off all the boxes. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. The beach is 2 steps away, which was super nice. The deck was great for morning coffee and late night chats while listening to the ocean. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in Dewey! This property was just as described. Perfect location right on the beach! You can see the ocean from the screened porch. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our college kids walked to go parasailing and jet skiing. Super dog friendly area. Loved seeing the Wednesday beach bonfire. Jennifer is a great host. Wonderful communication and many thoughtful amenities and touches in this place. Would rent again!

Perfect Family Getaway

This place is absolutely perfect for a small family. The house was as pictured. The place was very clean, had no odor, and was well stocked with extra toiletries and kitchen needs. Anything we ran out of was promptly addressed by the property owner. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly, it was very quiet. The location was great for walking to the best Dewey has to offer- stores, restaurants, bars, etc. It's also a quick drive to Rehoboth. My 3 year old loved the kids room and didn't want to leave. The only thing I could say is that when booking a pet friendly location you're likely to get some left over dog hair hidden like there was some dog hair still on the couch or the vent on near the floor (which was easy enough to wipe myself). But like I said I think that's to be expected with a pet friendly place anyway. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this place. I hope to be able to book this location again in the future. THANKS JENNY!

Worth it!

Jenny was an excellent host! It was a last minute family trip and we got lucky on this one! This place is definitely going under my ❤️ listings. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces, which is crucial given the location (next to beach and restaurants on coastal highway). The unit has AC (not window units), a screened in porch and well maintained appliances/indoor furniture/outdoor furniture. I always bring our own toiletries because you never know what you’re going to get. I was shocked when I saw Dove shampoo/conditioner and Cetaphil face/body wash. Jenny even had a brand new bottle of Aveeno body/hair care for my children. It’s a small detail, but I rarely see name brand toiletries like that at the other VRBO’s we’ve been to. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of - coffee, zip lock bags, pots and even Tupperware to take lunch to the beach. There is a shared outside shower (stocked with toiletries) and a hose to get wagons/beach toys/coolers/etc. free of sand. She’s got 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, cornhole and miscellaneous toys/balls for the beach you can use. We’ll definitely be back!

Close to the beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. We all enjoyed the screened in porch with a view of the ocean, comfortable beds super cute decorating and everything you need to enjoy your time here. We would love to stay here again.

Short family vacay

This condo was perfect for our short family vacation. Location was ideal… just a few steps to the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants. Condo included all the necessities, was very clean and was nicely decorated. Even our two dogs loved it!!

Wonderful rental right on the beach

We had a great stay at this rental right on the Dewey beach and within walking distances to all the restaurants and even Rehoboth beach! Jenny was very responsive to all of my questions and even bought board games when I inquired about the availability of games in the unit. The screened in porch was a gem that allowed you to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean without the bugs. We would definitely want to stay here again if we go back to Dewey!

Great Place to Stay with Children and Dogs

We had a great stay in Dewey! You can't beat how close you are to the beach and it was very convenient. This place was great for us since we have children and a dog. Jenny was very friendly and the property was clean and nice. We would stay here again!
