8 person maximum in this home at any time. additional $50 per person if it exceeds 8 person maximum. The home is located in a quiet family neighborhood that does not tolerate loud noise or outdoor disruptions after 9 pm any day.
The space
Private oasis in the heart of Buckhead! Renovated to perfection, and just minutes to all that living in Atlanta has to offer, this contemporary jewel is like no other. Tucked away among the gorgeous landscape of the emerald city and situated on a nearly one-acre private wooded lot. The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, a beautiful tile backsplash, and breathtaking views of the outdoor landscape.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of this three-bedroom home during their stay, and patio access at all bedrooms will remain locked and inaccessible.
Other things to note
MANDATORY CLEANING (Not applicable during COVID-19 Pandemic)
Mandatory cleaning after every 7 nights when the check-out date exceeds 4 nights from the immediate preceding 7th night. The standard cleaning fee applies and will be processed through Airbnb.
EARLY CHECK-IN
Complimentary early check-in can be arranged at no extra cost. However, the earliest confirmation will be at 430pm EST the day before guest arrival.
LATE CHECKOUT
Late checkouts can neither be arranged in advance nor accommodated at this property. Checkout time is strictly on or before 10 am. By booking this villa you accept that late checkouts after 11 am on the check-out date will be billed to you at $150 per hour.
NOISE MONITORING
In addition to 24/7 OUTDOOR security video surveillance, this property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. This system does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
