Perfect location and great condo!

Our stay here was amazing! We were able to snorkel in Hokuena Bay, right below our Lanai, and there were so many fish and turtles! 2 minute drive to Kapalua Bay, and you can walk to Napili Bay.The condo is great with plenty of room, and watching whales and sunsets from the Lanai was sublime. I highly recommend!!

Amazing property - will be returning to this same unit again!

It was an absolutely wonderful property for our family of 4. Loved the outside sitting area with the sounds of the waves, watching surfers, and amazing sunsets. Location is perfect - snorkeling with turtles just steps away on the reef, walking distance to amazing beaches, and the property's waterside pools were so relaxing! The unit was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Truly fantastic - thank you!

Million dollar view/location!

This clean, nicely decorated condo with updated bathrooms has an ocean front location with a stunning view off the balcony. The sunset view was particularly mesmerizing. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and listening to the ocean during afternoons and evenings. Our favorite beach was Kapalua Bay Beach, just a 7-8 min walk down the road. So convenient to be able to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property!

Second Stay Here, Just as Nice

We returned to this condo after a wonderful trip the year before. It is an extra special location with views of turtles and surfers through the extra large windows. The inside was so comfortable from the beds to the sofa. There were some beautiful new furniture pieces (dressers) that looked like pieces of art with carvings. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including a cooler to get our ice cream home from the nearby market. Enjoy!

I hope to return

This listing is true to its description and reviews -- almost heaven! About the only thing I have to add is that I was happy to find that the area is much more "walkable" than I had realized. It is very close to several excellent restaurants, such as the Sea House and the Gazebo, and just a short walk to the beginning of the dramatic and lovely Coastal Trail. The routes aren't always apparent but a chat with the helpful front desk staff will set you on the right path. Non walkers should know that the condo itself is up a steep flight of stairs to the second floor entrance. The wonderfully well-stocked Napili Market is a short car ride away. The unit uses keys. and not a code, and is part of the Napili Point Resort, so if you are arriving late the front desk will let the security guard know you are coming and they will show you to your unit, which gets your vacation off to a great start; no searching around trying to find your unit and staff on hand during the day to to deal with any issues and answer any questions. We loved this unit and hope to return!

The Condo was awesome! What a wonderful place to stay on Maui.

Aloha, My family loved the condo! It's in a wonderful location in a bay, so it's quiet and very easy to get to. There's great snorkeling places near by, a convenient grocery store and places to order out food. The condo itself was very spacious, well equipped, clean, with comfortable beds. The lanai has a very comfortable cushioned chair that was wonderful for watching the sunrise/sunsets, which were fabulous from this location. The other thing I really liked about the location, that you don't get other places like Kaanapali, is you get to watch surfers every day, which was fun. The first time I was in Maui we stayed on Kaanapali Beach, which was nice, but this location and condo was much nicer. There was more room, more comfortable, better views and a more relaxed feel. We cooked breakfast every day, which is easier, cheaper, and allows more time getting ready. There are grills available too which is nice. The staff was really nice and the cleaning crew is great. We saw them cleaning the pool and grills every day and care for the grounds. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui. Tom and Susan were great to work with and are available if needed, which is comforting. I had a question while on the trip and Tom returned my call quickly, which was appreciated. If/when we go back, we'll be looking to stay here again for sure! Mahalo, The Smith family.

Nice place, incredible location

This was overall a wonderful stay. The owners were extremely responsive and communication was excellent. The setting is ideal if you are interested in snorkeling on the west side, with the entrance to Honokeana Cove literally steps away and Kapalua just a short walk north. Napili Beach is extremely accessible from here. The condo unit is very nice. Check-in was really easy. The place would benefit from a few updates and minor fixes but overall is in very good shape, at the upper end of the various vacation rental units that we've stayed in, and the master bed was very comfortable and NOT a Tempur-pedic mattress, which is a plus for us. Cleaning is listed as every four days in the check-in information but the resort cleaning staff actually stopped by every three days, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great property!

We spent 10 days there at the end of August and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with amazing views of the sunsets. In case you need any service, you just call the front desk and they take care of it. We really enjoyed cooking our meals and eating on the balcony/lanai with those great sunset views. In addition to the kitchen, the gas grills on the property were spotless as they were seriously cleaned every night. The property is less than a 10 minute drive to the stairs for slaughterhouse Beach and about a half mile walk from the trailhead for the Kapalua coastal trail which leads to the Mahana trail. But as others have said, the snorkeling and views right outside the unit are tremendous and we found ourselves enjoying being at the unit more than we anticipated. Lastly, the bed I in the loft was very comfortable and we slept great.

Wonderful Week at Tom and Susan's Condo

I think all of us cried when we had to leave. This is by far the best property that I have stayed in while in Napili. The location is absolutely amazing, and the condo is perfect! Perfect! Susan and Tom have a Gem of a property. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Turtles!

We chose this property to be close to the cove of turtles—-it was a bucket list item for my daughter to swim with the sea turtles. And we all did! This property was clean, well stocked, and in a nice location close to beaches and some restaurants. The owners were very accessible and helpful. I highly recommend!

The condo and resort are simply amazing. The views, the snorkeling in the bay, access to amazing restaurants, a great beach within walking distance…everything you need is right here. The condo has every possible thing you could need to enjoy your stay. We all loved it here and highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Maui.

Great location and accommodation!!!

We spent a week at Napili Point and it was perfect. The condo is clean and has everything you need for cooking, relaxing. The air conditioning is wonderful and rare to have the ability to cool the entire condo in Hawaii. Also, being on Honokeana Bay is fantastic for snorkeling with sea turtles everyday. Not to mention the proximity to great swimming and snorkeling at Napili Bay. We will be back!

Beautiful condo and location

We loved this condo and spot. It was our first trip to Maui and this as our home base was great. The condo was clean, and the views were stellar. A few things to know are that the master is actually in the loft, so privacy wasn’t ideal, but seeing the ocean from bed was pretty rad. A funny thing is the light switch for the shower/toilet room isn’t in that room. Took us the whole 7 day stay to get used to that. And if that’s as close to a complaint as we can get, you know it’s a 5-star place. My wife isn’t into swimming with fish but she was able to sit on the balcony and see the turtles and watch us snorkel. She even guides us to a few turtles we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. :). Would be stoked to stay here again should we ever manage to find our way back to this garden spot.
