Great location

Spent one month in this comfortable condo & it felt like home! Kitchen was equipped with decent pots & pans. View from lanai was perfect, whales, turtles galore. Easy walking to beach, restaurants, Kapalua. KBM is great to work with, we will certainly return, highly recommend.

Amazing location

Start your day snorkeling with sea turtles right at your condo or have coffee on your patio and watch them swim. Walk to the beautiful beach next door or short drive to the areas best beaches and restaurants. Can't go wrong with this amazing location.

Great location!

Nice second-floor condo with gorgeous views overlooking the bay home to many turtles. Quick 10-minute walk to Napili or few minute drive over to Kapalua. Very suitable for 4 adults traveling together, would recommend!

Swim with Sea turtles right outside your door. Steps to beautiful beach. Quick drive to other beautiful beaches and town. Just perfect.
I never cook on vacation but I just had to here. Breath taking views while you grill. Spiritual experience!

I have stayed at Napili Point before. It never disappoints, the views are incredible, it is walking distance to fantastic snorkeling, dining and walking trails.

Great location. Great views of Lanai and Molokai and the sunsets from the balcony of the condo. Fantastic snorkeling in the cove right out the door with about two dozen turtles calling it home. KBM resorts very helpful.

Fantastic Property!

We had such a great time. This is a wonderful location. The snorkeling in the bay is so great and the access to the beach is just a short walk away. The condo was comfy and ideal for what we needed.

Outstanding vacation experience!

One of the very finest locations in all of the Hawaiian Islands! Fantastic snorkeling just out your doorstep with 14-20 turtles who call Honokeana Cove home. Beautiful views of Lanai and Molokai across the channel with fantastic sunsets between the two practically every night. Beautiful sand beach next door and close to anything you could need. KBM Hawaii took great care of all our needs. Will be back soon!

This was a perfect place to stay in

This was a perfect place to stay in relation to the area activities we chose to do. Nothing was more than an hour easy drive and most things were within 20mins. The ability to snorkel in the cove was a bonus. The C18 condo top floor had amazing views and met our needs perfectly. While there is no air conditioning the trade winds kept us cool and we loved that we had our windows open all day. We will return to rent again from KMB. They were helpful and very friendly.

Everything was perfect from start to finish

We appreciate KBM's attention to detail and easy transaction. We will absolutely recommend this agency to family and friends. We will use their services for future vacations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Excellent location, view, layout of the condo and amenities

We had a great time in this condo. Snorkeling at your doorstep, you can swim with the turtles all day. We also had one day of high surf with an excellent (and close) view of the many surfers. The condo is fully equipped with all the large and small appliances needed, all in good working order. The only deficit of the condo was the furniture and carpeting do not look as fresh as the photos. It needs a good cleaning and a few minor repairs. This was only a concern because the welcoming package stressed the importance of taking care of the place and a warning we could be charged a damage fee.

Nice enough place nothing special

Broken fan and light in living room had maintenance come couldn't fix to make usable. Message left said remote wouldn't work and we could see norther way to turn on. Window in master bedroom faces street, noise came in as they wouldn't close tight. Toliet in Master is so short had for my tall husband to use. TV, kitchen appliances all worked good. Pool area was nice. View out our terrace was perfect. Beds were comfortable for sleeping.

Beautiful location

Location is fantastic and views are amazing. With that being said there are a number of things that were disappointing with the rental. Furniture in living room is very dirty, including throw pillows. Cooktop is stained and dated, appliances mismatched. Shower leaks in main bathroom and has for some time as it has rotted a piece of moulding where the water stands. Garbage disposal was not working and was addressed immediately. We did appreciate the beach toys, chairs, and boogie board in the unit.

From the booking process to check-in, rental car arrangements and check out, KBM was easy, convenient and hassle free to work with! Each time I contacted them by email with requests or wanting info, they were quick to respond. Having all the "beach essentials" in the unit was also very helpful. When we couldn't find a beach umbrella, KBM had someone bring one by for us that afternoon! Thanks for making the details of our stay in Maui effortless and convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed being in C-18

This was our second stay in C-18 and we thoroughly enjoyed being there. We were pleased that the carpet had been replaced and there were new fans throughout, and that there was new furniture downstairs.
