Great place! The kitchen was well equipped to cook another famous holiday family meal! We cooked so much we blew a breaker in the kitchen and the manager was nice enough to come out the day after Christmas to make sure I got it reset correctly. The neighborhood is quiet and close to our relative's home in Summerlin. The home is clean and comfortable. 5 stars all around!
A well appointed Christmas dinner - prime rib, salmon, veggies and salad
Ham and cheesy potatoes
And of course, dinner rolls

Stay was nice, property was clean. Would have appreciated a more stocked kitchen - missing some basics that would have made cooking much easier. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space.

The house was great, clean, and spacious. We had a great stay. We didn't cook, but the house had everything needed. The neighboorhood was quiet, clean and about 20 mins from the strip. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The home was very comfortable and inviting as was the neighborhood. The location was conveniently close to the freeway. Also, we were able to use the garage if we wanted to. A well fenced in backyard gave us lots of privacy and was very pet friendly.

Very basic, but comfortable

The house is spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. The stocking of the kitchen was usable but sparse. The freezer wouldn't maintain a cold enough temperature to keep ice or ice cream solid even on its coolest setting. There was no hand soap or shampoo, etc provided other than one bar of Irish Spring bar soap. Would recommend for a budget group trip, but don't expect many extras.

Great house near Summerlin

Great house near the Summerlin and Red Rock areas of Las Vegas. It had everything we needed for the trip, it fit 3 adults and 2 teenage kids just fine with TV's in 2 of the 3 rooms. Only areas of potential improvement would be the shower head in the Master/Primary room and there is a water filter that does not work in both the kitchen sink and refrigerator (also no ice). Those areas do not affect our overall rating as the house took care of everything we needed. Thank you!

Good experience

House was very Accommodating, back yard was clean and communication was very prompt. Description of the house was accurate. Weather. Than the water pressure it was a very peaceful stay.

Peaceful stay on Thanksgiving Weekend

We rented the property in order to stay near family in Summerlin during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The house was as advertised, and the garage was usable, which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and dishwasher were helpful in helping my family to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. TV and sofas worked well. The shower had decent water pressure though temperature varied between warm and a little too hot. That may be my only complaint. Property manager and owner were communicative and helpful throughout the stay.

Meets basic needs

Our stay was good. Basic needs were met… The place was clean, the neighbors were nice and neighborhood was good. The bedrooms could use a luggage rack and night stands. The water filter on the sink and the fridge weren’t connected. And the showers ran with very little water pressure. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and well furnished.

Nice place, good for small families

House was decent, I enjoyed that there was garage access. As other reviews have said there are the very bare minimum supplies in the home. There was exactly 6 towels and only 4 washcloths. There were no hand towels, I couldn't find any sharp knives. Only, 4 coffee cups, no soap for the dishwasher.... A very basic and minimalist environment. 2/3 beds were comfortable. The bed in the 3rd bedroom was extremely hard, so we ended up not using it. The couches were fine, a 3 seat couch and a 3 seat love seat, so comfy seating for 5. Closets in 2 of the bedrooms were huge. Water in the Primary bedroom only worked halfway decent on the massage setting, when trying to switch to spray, the water barely came out of shower head. Also, neighbors somewhere close have a dog that barks it's face off in the middle of *every* night (at least during the 5 nights I was there - every night between midnight and 0300.... barking dog). With all that being said I didn't spend much time at the house It was a home base to sleep at night and shower in the morning. This house wa sperfectly fine and adequate for that. But if you are looking for a home to spend time in while you are here, this might not be the right fit.

What a Nice Place

My husband my dog and I Really enjoyed our stay at this nice house! There was PLENTY of room for us to stretch out. The home was VERY clean and it was SO nice to have a GREAT kitchen to cook in! The back yard was perfect for my Pup to go out into and the neighbors were very friendly. It is nice quiet neighborhood, making this a PEACEFUL stay!
