Welcome to Close Enough! Recently finished in May of 2022, this beach home is perfect for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or anything in between! With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this house offers a prime location, only a short, 1 block walk to the public beach. Here you'll find the sparkling white sands, crystal blue waters, and endless fun that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer. Along with the natural beauty, the Gulf Shores area offers many restaurants, bars, shops, and activities nearby!
When you first enter the house, you'll find the cozy living room and dining area, along with the state-of-the-art kitchen. This area leads into the spacious, south-facing covered porch, which will become guests' favorite spot to enjoy the stunning views and ocean breeze! All of the bedrooms in this home include flat-screen TVs and cozy accommodations. Two of the bedrooms offer King beds and private bathrooms. A third bedroom offers a King bed and it shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom which offers 2 Queen beds. Lastly, there is a Bonus Bunk area at the top of the stairs with a Twin-over-Twin bunk. Close Enough can sleep up to 12 guests throughout the house. The whole group is sure to have a great vacation at this beautiful Gulf Shores house, book today!

Great Vacation
This place was absolutely amazing! The property had everything we needed it’s close to shops/restaurants so we could walk to most things. The beach was in a short walking distance! Our stay was wonderful and if we had a problem or question maintenance was quick to answer. Overall, we had a great stay and vacation!

Great Place to Stay in Gulf Shores
Beautiful and spacious home in walking distance to downtown area of Gulf Shores. Well equipped and well stocked kitchen and laundry. We enjoyed are stay very much and would recommend it to others.

Perfect Getaway
We loved our stay at close enough. The property was very clean, spacious and well maintained. It was walking distance from the beach and hang out spots. It was stocked with everything we needed + more. Our family will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Family vacation
Overall the stay was amazing . My family really enjoyed being very close to the beach and surrounding restaurants and activities . The only complaint would be not having enough toilet paper and things of that nature . Otherwise I 10/10 recommend this property !

Nice stay
Enjoyed our stay! Very nice house. Plenty of room in the kitchen/den area. Ample master suite and lots of rooms upstairs. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc. Hope to rent the house again one day!

Family summer vacation
We had a great time spending the week with family. The location of the house is great. We did have a few issues with electrical and a couple of other things. The property manager communicated back quickly each time and the maintenance team tried to correct everything we reported.

It’s wonderful that you had a great family week despite a few issues! Quick communication and an attentive maintenance team can really make a difference when things don't go perfectly. It really was Close Enough…
We had to work out a few quirks when we first got there. Upstairs air conditioner wasn’t working. However, property manager came right out and had attended to. After that, we had no issues. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I would not recommend this for someone who has a hard time going up and downstairs.

Long overdue
We enjoyed our stay it was within walking distance to the shrimp festival, which was one thing we wanted to do while we were there. When checking in the original code sent to me didn’t work but I called and they immediately got that handled. We also had some ants on the counter and around one of the windows I sent an email and they had someone out there in a few hours to handle that. All in all we enjoyed staying there and would probably stay there again.

The small things
It was great; however, we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags very fast. Would have been nice if there were a few extras of each. Also the trash people did not come on Thursday like it said, so we had an abundance of trash.

False advertising
The property was nice and clean but advertising was wrong. We booked based on five bedrooms and five bathrooms and got four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Our family was inconvenienced with having five people sharing one bathroom. The property managers response was that 'it was big enough for our group'. It should not be up to THEM to decide what we needed. They didn't take responsibility.

Great place for large groups
Plenty of space for everyone in our family who was in town for the World Series baseball tournament. Lots of parking for our four cars. Close to everything but off the main drag so it was quiet and peaceful which allowed us to use the outside decks. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. Unfortunately the Internet went out which turned out to be the owner had not paid the bill. Also, had trouble with the power - subset of the lights went out several times when washer/dryer were being used. Maintenance had to come onsite to help locate the fuse box. Also, the garbage disposal tripped the same subset of lights once. Was getting concerned as this problem happened more often towards the end of our week.
