I’m glad to hear the space was clean, and I appreciate you sharing the areas where things didn’t go as expected.I do want to clarify that the listing does state the unit is a basement apartment, and because of that, some level of noise from upstairs can occur. Quiet hours are outlined in the listing and were respected during your stay, but I understand how the normal sounds of a home—especially with a child and a dog—may still be noticeable for light sleepers. I also want to note that this is a private home, not a hotel, which may have contributed to some confusion about expectations.Regarding the TV issue, I’m glad we were able to resolve it quickly. I do apologize as I believe there might be a confusion as there is not hot tub available or listed on our listing as part of the amenities and that the air mattress didn’t hold air properly—thank you for bringing that to my attention so I can replace it.I appreciate your comments and will use them to continue improving the experience for future guests.
