The room was perfect for me. I was in town for work and this location worked perfectly for me. It is close to restaurants, stores, and the highway within 10-15 minutes.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the place, and the privacy. The overall decor is tastefully done. A few improvements would include a better mattress, one that doesn’t creak and groan, and better quality pillows. The stools in the kitchen weren’t very comfortable either. Other than that, a very nice place.

Well done!

Nice studio with all of the amenities, located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, great access to city or slopes. The decorating was adorable and there are a lot of nice extras.

Visiting family

This was just perfect for my visit. The apartment is very clean and stocked with everything I needed. Having an on-site, washer and dryer was very helpful. I had no problem with street parking. It was a nice neighborhood, good for my morning walks. Very convenient too a nearby grocery store. I saw that another reviewer mentioned that the bed could use a new mattress and I would agree with that, although I did sleep well while I was there. The skylight was nice, but I would recommend a sleep mask if you’re sensitive to morning light. I would definitely stay here again.!

Great, private guesthouse near public transport!

I was so impressed by the quality of this place. You get a lot of bang for your buck; despite the cheaper price, it came with all the amenities you'd want, including a fancy heated mirror and included washer/dryer! The host was very responsive too. I stayed here during Kilby Block Party and got back and forth with public transportation very easily. Only downside was that the bed broke in one corner when I sat down but the host responded to it very quickly and will likely have it repaired in no time.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for us! The detached studio is at the end of a covered driveway. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the interior and it had everything we needed including kitchen supplies and appliances. There is a skylight in the unit that lets in some outdoor noise like the nearby road and neighbor dogs, but it didn’t bother us too much. It is renovated and nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. The host responded quickly to us, and the check in was super simple with a smart lock. We had a great stay.

Great location, cute apartment

The space was cute but very small. The bed was not very comfortable and I wouldn't stay longer than a few days. Additionally, the kitchen island is not functional as a table because the bar stools are too tall for the table and it is not possible to sit at to eat. Other than that the location is good. With access to salt lake city.

Extra long Stay

I stayed for approximately two months for an internship. It was nice, but I only had the cleaners clean once during the entire stay. I wish they had come more often; however, other than that, it was a pleasant stay. If staying a long time and requesting cleaners to come more often, I take some of the blame as well; I could have been more communicative.

Bad timing.

Got in late and the heaters were shut off couldn't wait for it to warm up. Very nice to work with. Asked for a refund so I could move on and got it immediately. Very clean and nice but just didn't work for me this trip.

Everything was clean and very cute inside, the only downside is the outdated and uncomfortable mattress. I woke up with moderate back pain, so I would recommend they replace it. The studio is well equipped and very clean, but the whole point of staying was to sleep and it leaves room for improvement in that aspect.

Great Place

The studio was great for a recent trip to the Salt Lake area. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. I did wish that there would have been better lighting getting back to the studio.

Perfect for a weekend trip!

My wife and I really enjoyed being able to runaway for the weekend, and this was the perfect for us. Looks just like the pictures and super convenient location. Great stay.
