Welcome to 'Amazing Grace' (formerly 'Breakaway'), New Construction with Gulf views!

Enjoy a family movie on the large, Smart TV with streaming options in the comfortably furnished living room with Pottery Barn furnishings, or sit outside on the large, covered deck - a relaxing spot to listen for the waves rolling in or to take in the view of aquamarine Gulf waters. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counterspace for meal prep. A standard 12 cup drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker are available for your convenience.

The two Master King bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms have beautifully tiled showers and are located on the West side of the house, while an additional King and Double/Double bunk bedroom and the guest bathroom with tub/shower combination are located on the East side of the property. All bedrooms have a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Ground level is a game room with large, flat screen TV, ping pong table and cornhole boards! This space has a full bathroom with shower, which can also be easily accessible from the private swimming pool with a convenient sun shelf for lounging in the water, as well as a covered furnished area to relax in the shade.

Additional outdoor amenities include under-house concrete parking, a hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink and park-style charcoal grill. An outdoor storage room is also available to corral any outdoor gear and a convenient electric vehicle charging station is available for your electric car!

A short 4-minute walk or 1-minute drive will take you to the nearest community beach boardwalk or enjoy a bicycle ride to the center of the Island to enjoy the shops, restaurants and Lighthouse Park, less than 1 mile away from the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing Grace was the perfect home for our group of 8 friends. It matched and exceed the description. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly maintained when we arrived, and the list of amenities we loved is long: the layout, spacious rooms, plenty of closet/drawer space in bedrooms, super comfortable, high quality mattresses/bedding (as an all adult group we especially appreciated the queen size bunks), the many hooks in the bathrooms for hanging all the things, a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, serving dishes, lots of pantry storage, seating for all 8 of us in the living room!, the bonus room on the ground floor with the its convenience to the pool area, the large pool and deck with enough chairs for the amount of guests the home accommodates, gulf views, and the NEMA 14-50 charging outlet for our EVs! The proximity to the 6th St. beach access was easy as was proximity to the center of the island. We so appreciated the thoughtfulness put into to so many details. This was our eighth annual trip and our favorite home so far. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We highly recommend! A couple small suggestions that we think would make it even better: addition of a mirror in the rooms that share a bathroom and a throw blanket for each bedroom.

Decorated very pretty and nice, new pool!the road was kinda busy that it’s on. Also listing states4 bed room4 bath but the 4th bath is downstairs in a game room. It was very nice but not with th4 bedrooms so that was unusual. That may have been something I overlooked when booking. Overall great home that’s not worn out like some others!

Best beach trip!!!

House was perfect for our family! Loved the layout of the house. The pool and game room was a hit! Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach! We will be back and stay at Amazing Grace again.

This House Was AMAZING!!!

We have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and this place was one of the nicest, easiest, most perfect places we have ever stayed. The home was very spacious, well built, floor plan is perfect for everyone in our group to have their own private space and the common area was fantastic. The home and the furnishings were very upscale but comfortable. The parking area under the home was a great base camp for all the beach stuff, bikes and cars, with plenty of room even with all those things. We enjoyed the pool, it was a good size and well maintained. The beach was a very short walk and was super close. I loved that the bike path was right across from the house and that you could bike to all the restaurants and shops in 2-3 minutes. It was very close to all the goings on and not so close that you are right on top of the business area. Our boys loved the game room downstairs and spent countless hours at night, playing ping pong and watching tv. Our stay at this home was a breath of fresh air and we will definitely be back again as it really felt like a home away from home. St George Island is an amazing place and we are going to be spending many family holidays down there.

Beautiful

Beautiful home with plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The pool and game room were great. Lots of parking and room for a boat. Short walk to the beach. Any questions were were answered promptly.

Great Space and Very Clean - Perfect for Multiple Families

The downstairs gameroom was a great bonus but just to note, it is not attached to the rest of the house (separate entrance) and has it's own bathroom. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the beach was a short walk away. We had a couple maintenace issues and the property maangement company was very friendly and fixed them quickly. We can't wait to come back and stay!

Can't Wait to Return to Breakaway

The house was in excellent condition and the cleanliness was pristine. With an 11 month on baby, we are always concerned about the cleanliness of the floor he crawls around on, but we had absolutely no hesitation with him crawling around at Breakaway. We also had an almost 4-year-old and this house had everything thing we needed for his dining needs with toddler cups, plates, bowls, and flatware. The dishes for the adults were plentiful and beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, even the bunks! The house is spacious with plenty of room where we never felt crowded or in the way of others. The den furniture is comfortable and there was plenty of seating for all of us. We cooked most meals in and no matter what we needed, we found it in this well stocked kitchen. From cutting boards, quality knives, to the right pot/pan for the item we were cooking. The was more than enough pantry space which we have never found in a rental before. Even the furniture on the balcony and pool area is of high quality and very comfortable. We enjoyed the additional space by the pool and the full bath by the pool was a huge benefit. I cannot say enough about the staff at Forgotten Shores. We had one minor issue upon arrival, and I immediately sent them an email and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. They followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the resolution and to make sure all was well. You certainly can’t ask for more than that. We will absolutely return to Breakaway and recommend Forgotten Shores to anyone traveling to SGI.
