This cool (rustic meets modern) two story cape style house with an open floor concept features 4 bedrooms all with dedicated air conditioners (sleeps 6-12), brand new stainless steel appliances, three smart TVs, with new tile and wood floors and is a short walk from Old Orchard Beach. Walk or bike (just over ½ mile) or park for free in 2 dedicated 24-hour beach parking spots (at the beach) on Milliken Street parking lot that also offers changing rooms, showers and bathrooms.

You can also take a trolly, which is located 250 feet away from the house at Jimmy the Greek’s Restaurant, and stops at 8 beach locations. $2 per person Children 5 and under ride free!

Located just outside of the Ocean Park section of Old Orchard beach, you can enjoy walking & nature trails, bike trails, dog paths and tennis courts, all in one of the coolest little beach communities in Maine.

The home features a great room, all new furniture, five air conditioners, a bar and pellet stove. The fully equipped kitchen opens out onto a rear deck with a Napoleon BBQ grill, a Blackstone 36” flat top griddle, and small charcoal grill. The rear yard has a privacy fence, and has corn hole and a horse shoe pit.

The driveway parks four vehicles. There is also plenty of on-street parking available.

Two first-floor bedrooms each feature Queen beds. The second-floor features two bedrooms; one with a queen and twin bed, the other has two full-size beds and a twin. There is a full bath on the main floor, a half-bath on the second floor, and a large private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (If rented in offseason the outside shower will be winterized leaving one full bath and one half bath)

We’re walking distance (with in 2 blocks) of famous Jimmy the Greek’s Bar Brick Oven Pizza and Arcade, a Potvin's wine and liquor store, Dunk’n Donuts, 7-11 and lots of restaurants and eateries.

And we are a 5-minute drive to Aquaboggan Water park and Funtown Splashtown USA.
