Located in a quieter, less touristy neighborhood, you’ll love having year-round easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and casinos right across the Nevada border. Spend warm months on or in the water, with El Dorado Beach just over a mile away. Golf, hiking, and mountain biking trails are just a few minutes’ drive. Come winter, you’re roughly two miles from Heavenly Mountain Resort.

Surrounded by majestic pine trees in the front and beautiful aspen trees in the back, the 1,800-square-foot home combines the family room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. A full suite of stainless steel appliances makes it easy to cook for the gang, and there’s plenty of room around the kitchen table at mealtime. Ideal for a long-term stay (30-night minimum), this home also features a washer/dryer.

After a day of outdoor fun, cozy up in front of the dual-sided gas fireplace or let the AC splits cool you down if it’s hot outside. Stream the latest release or pop a movie into the DVD player. Even better, toss some burgers on the gas grill and dine alfresco in your private backyard, then finish the night with a soothing soak in the hot tub. Sleep comes easy in any of three serene bedrooms.

Things to Know
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
